Higginson enema

I like to fill my 4 quart red rubber enema bag and attach a Higginson syringe and a barium enema nozzle. I lay on my left side and start the enema and let it flow. Then a few pumps and let it flow some more. I alternate this and after I’ve got 3 quarts in me I start to slowly and continuously pump the Higginson. It feels so good and makes my cock so hard. When I’ve almost got 4 quarts in me the pressure in my belly, pelvic area and prostate feels so intense, painful and pleasurable that I feel like I’m going to come. I get afraid that I’ve taken too much water and I stop and just masturbate. I really want to take more and come from the enema.

Anybody have this experience? Should I keep filling?

I do think that if someone was giving me the enema and made me take it all I would come hands free.

I’ve done enemas since 1967 with no problems, up to my usual now of 4 quarts. I took one semi-accidental enema of 5 quarts, measured, with similarly no pain whatever, just a lot of internal pleasant pressure. Stop pumping or letting the gravity flow fill you if you’re having any real pain or feel like the pressure just might be dangerous for you. Don’t hurt yourself for a thrill or possible orgasm, and you can keep doing it for many more years of enjoyment, alone or partnered. I do enjoy both my high fast gravity flow, large volumes, pumping sensations and long hold times leading to orgasms even now at 72, but I’m very careful, being a real life retired US BC MD. I love the higginson pump. Once I purchased it and started using it I would never use anything else.

When used with a douche nozzle the spray from those eight tiny holes hits all the right parts in my rectum, especially the prostate area.

It was the best audition to my collection of enema gear. Once I started using it i never looked back.

Pumps can be very nice. Of course a long session with a pediatric bulb allows for extended teasing as well (one little surge at a time). It can hold similar sensations to the Higginson with the added stimulation of repeated insertions.

It also works well with a colon tube. A few pumps to loosen things up then advance the colon tube a bit. Then as they say, rinse and repeat! I usually use 3 quarts. This makes for a very comfortable enema.

The Higginson allows me lots more control of my enema. If I begin to cramp, I’ll give the bulb a firm steady pump, forcing the solution forward, and the cramp usually goes away. If not, I’ll increase the pressure and how many times I squeeze the bulb and I can feel the enema going further into my colon. A few deep breaths and I’m back to simply taking an enema. The Higgy takes me over the speed bumps. I don’t always use it but I’m satisfied with the times I do.

I absolutely love using mine. Once I start it’s hard to stop squeezing it because it feels so stinkin good. It’s like the enema is cumming up my ass plus I get every drop out of the bag… once I even pumped the hose flat! My only wish is that I wish they made larger bulbs for bigger surges.

I use a pump all the time now since it gives me complete control on how fast i get filled up.

Several months ago I had my usual RN over for an extended session & I had told her I needed to be thoroughly cleaned out which I guess she took seriously . First just maybe 1.5 quarts out of the pink douche bag I keep around because it holds a first volume e that is perfect to start with . I also like the way it folds up when draining . Then Kay fills up the clear bag with around 2.5 qts very warm & has me take alot of soap in the mix & gives it to me slow with a few breaks . I was able to take all of it with minor cramps . Could not hold it for long though which she said was OK .

She is awesome & loves giving me enemas but no sex of any kind . I wish she would let me come & just watch me . I actually think she might but never had the courage to try it .

Any way then comes the 4 qt. bag completely filled up with very warm water & the Higginson attached . She let's maybe 1 qt in & then starts pushing the tube in maybe 12 inches or so when I asked her too . Wow Nice > then she starts pumping away about every 20 seconds maybe . I am just back letting it all in & next thing I know she tells me : bag is empty " you took all 4 qts & actually I felt fine . The deep penentration of the water is really great & I took a long time to expel . One of the best sessions I have had . I gotta tell yah as you know . Optimal Health Network offers a 5-Quart Silicone bag enema set that has a large one way bulb attached to the tubing, which is in essence a Higginson syringe. I had never used a Higginson syringe before but have to say that after a few days of using this heavy duty bulb on my OHN enema bag I was hooked. I totally love it.

I have a Higginson pump in my collection of stuff and I like it. I can always take larger volume enemas when I use it. The pulsating water flow when the bulb is pumped creates a more pleasant sensation for me. Perhaps it reminds me of when I was a young child and mother placed me over her lap and gave me a few pumps with a rectal syringe. I’ve also noticed that if I develop cramping during the enema I gently squeeze the bulb until the cramping stops and hold pressure on the bulb. When I feel the water push around the blockage I will start pumping again. This creates a really good clean out for me.

I did a series of four enemas today with my OHN clear silicone 3 quart bag with my in-line bulb🤪I watched the bag as I pumped the soapy, salty and coffee enemas in😈 I loved seeing the level drop with each squeeze😍I highly recommend their use😉

For me there are a number of reasons why the Higginson is an important part of my enema equipment. First and foremost, back in 1965(?), when Miss Norman, school matron, gave me my first enema she used a Higginson syringe and a Bakelite retention nozzle to put warm soapy solution from a jug into me! Seeing that syringe still has a huge psychological impact. The feeling of surges as she pumped, oh my goodness, is something I will never ever forget! Similar surges are created when my lovely colonic hydrotherapist kinks the discharge hose as she fills me.

Secondly the Higginson is a convenience. When travelling bathrooms can be small or there may not be something of sufficient height from which to hang a bag to create a good flow. Having a Higginson means I can, if necessary although its not very satisfactory, sit on the toilet while I give myself my enema or if the bag isn't hung high enough pump to achieve a good flow. I find that, because this goes around the corner into my Sigmoid, it can, just using gravity, be difficult to start the flow. A few pumps on the Higginson gets things started. I also find that, towards the end of the fill, particularly if I am gassy, the flow stops prematurely. As I said earlier, I love the feeling of surges. They bring on great cramps, puppy pant those away(!) and lead to healthy releases. I’ve been fortunate to get to know a couple of very broad-minded colon hydrotherapists who were happy to talk me through how to do a really good enema and avoid any problems. Again cleaning and sanitising everything after every flush!
