Once I had groin pain, was unsure If it came from the testicles. I made an appointment at my doctor's Office, but my regular doctor was on vacation. His substitute was a female doctor. So when I came in I realized that she was fairly attractive but even more she told me she had a medical student practicing that day - a very attractive young woman, already waiting in the examination room. So after that I was asked about my symptoms and the doctor really fast said "I have to look at your groin, please lay down and lower your pants and underpants". And so I did. The doctor palpated my groin and the testicles, while the student standed at the end of the examination table, just looking at me with my pants lowered down to my knees with a damn good look at my penis and testicles. After that I was able to pull up my pants and underpants again. The situation was pure professional, but I liked the fantasy of being exposed for both of them.

I have several doctors and most of them are female. It has not been usual for me to be fully exposed during a visit with them. They have alsways been very professional and I have been the model patient for them, although I have been totally erect for some exams. Obviously they have noticed it, but they have never made mention of it. Whenever I'm exposed in a medical setting, it is very erotic for me whether or not I'm seeing a male or female practitioner.

I found a lump on my testicle a few years ago and decided to have my doctor check it out, after making an appointment with my doctor she asked me to lower my pants and underware so she could take a look. A few years ago I had the following experience of being "exposed' to my female doctor and and her PA.

The lady was my doctor and following a chest/lung infection had prescribed a new antibiotic to clear the congestion.

I explained my history and told them I had taken the anti-histamine before heading to the office... They explained that no real harm had been done, the swelling and redness would disappear if I kept using the anti-histamine for a few days and the doctor provided me with an alternative antibiotic. Positive end of story - within 48 hours my testicles returned to normal size, the new RX worked and cleared my lungs, the prior RX has since been taken off the market, and each time I see wither the doctor or her PA conduct a detailed -and enjoyable- inspection of my equipment.

Yeah, I do enjoy this! I only ever visit female doctors, because I really, really enjoy being examined by them. Be it a skin screening or auscultation, I enjoy being as exposed as possible for my doctors! 😃

I love being exposed in front of doctors, especially female ones. Genital and rectal exams, with my underpants pulled down, are the cornerstone of my medical fetish. For me it is the power dynamic, the anticipation, and the timing. Years ago, when physicals were more thorough, I knew what was going to happen but there was always a variation in how we got to the genital exam and if it was lying / standing, and how long I would be totally nude. A few years back I woke up with a swollen testicle and my PCP's office agreed to see me if I could get to the office in 15 minutes, because the doc had a slight break in his schedule and he would fit me it.

When I arrived they took me into an open exam room and said just wait. Two minutes later the doc was in and had me drop my pants. He did a very thorough exam for several minutes but I did not feel as exposed as I would have at a complete exam. I forget what it the probalem was, but it was nothing serious. He had me make an appointment two weeks hence as a follow up.

There was a twist: when I arrived for the follow up I was told he was going to do a complete physical exam on me that day. I was in my 30s at the time, and the exams were starting to change. He did examine me, but it was the 'slow strip' type of exam, sort of. It was winter so I did remove my sweater and pants and socks and shoes. He listened to my heart and breathing over the shirt, pulled the shirt up to palpate my abdomen, and just had be lower my underwear at the end.

Back when I was in my early 30's, I needed to change dermatologist as mine relocated to a different city. I did not know this new dermatologist and did not have any referrals just as he was close to my office so appointments could be made after work etc.

I made an appointment after work, which was about 6pm. I was surprised that he offered that late, but I did not judge.

Went to the office and was advised by the receptionist, I was the last appointment for the day and to fill out the forms and she escorted me to the exam room.

I thought there would be a nurse, but was advised the nurse had already left for the day. At the time, I thought it was strange but, since this was a "mole check" exam I did not think much about it.

After a short while, the dermatologist knocked at the door. He introduced himself and did explain how he does his exams. He looked around 60 to 65 in age. He went over the forms; looked up and advised to strip to my underwear and he would be back shortly.

I did as I was told.

He asked me to stand up as he walked around, then I sat on the exam table.

He was very "slow" in the exam but, I have a ton of moles so again I did not think much about it.

What seemed like an eternity, he advised he had me lye on my back and then took out the stirrups. I had never had this done before, so kind of felt strange.

He then advised he needed to check my groin area; he then took my underwear down to my mid thigh. He then advised he need better light and went over to get a rolling lamp. Shined the light directly at my groin and examined further.

He advised there was not any concern at all.

That was the only appointment I had with him as I kind of felt a little "exposed".

I had to go for a pre op hernia exam yesterday and to my dismay it was a female doctor. I had to lower all bottom layers and allow her to palpate testicles as well as getting me to do the usual coughs. If this had abbe a male doc I would have got an instant erection so in some ways was glad it was a female so I can still fantasise about a male doctor doing just that

I went twice to two different doctors and it was the same exam. I sad that I have sometimes pain in my left testicles and don't know where it comes from.

I had to lay on my back and lower my pants to the knees. First he was just looking and feeling and after that he started with an ultrasound device to check my testicles.

Yes, I do not mind the exposure in a medical setting. I'd much rather be checked thoroughly and correctly than to have something missed due to the shyness of the medical professional doing the examination.

Medical testing or procedure(s) I don’t have any issue being “ exposed”.

I have had female doctors and female student doctors perform procedures where I was exposed, receiving ministrations ranging from rectal temperature taking to DREs and barium enemas. And yes I have been exposed during visits with male medical personnel also.

On two occasions I was unintentionally “exposed” while I was having my rectal temperature taken. Once It was a male doctor. He came in… wrong room. The other times teenage girl and her Mother.. Wrong room then also. At least both times there were apologies extended.

Yes, being undressed in front of my doctor and/or nurses is one of the main aspects of exams that I excites me.
