Semen extraction during a play exam?

Ejaculation, usually at the hands of the doctor, has always been standard when I've been examined. It is the culmination of all that tension through the exam, with release being the highlight. I have orgasmed more than once, the Doctor claiming he needed another sample. The submissive patient in me likes to do as I'm told so happy to oblige. If ejaculation weren't included in the exam, which is not a deal breaker for me, I'd have to jack off as soon as I could afterwards.

This is all very exciting, I think I need to get a play exam scheduled soon. I've never had my prostate stimulated with extraction the goal, nor had estim in a sexual manner. While I don't mind ejaculating in front of another guy (do it online all the time), I've never done it in person and don't know how I'd feel.

I have often had 'exams' from male 'doctors'. There is nearly always semen extraction and if I didn't produce enough he did it again after as short a recovery time as possible.

All of my exams have ended with a sperm sample being required, and provide via masturbation while the doctor has one or two fingers inserted rectally, to count the number of muscle contractions during orgasm. If I were ever to play with someone who had advanced medical training, I've heard of sperm being able to be retrieved via needle, which sounds interesting to me. But in the absence of that level of professional training, it will probably stay as is. On a couple occasions, I was asked to produce multiple samples to assess the refractory time. It's a lot different measuring that in your 20s than in your 40s!

Unfortunately I have yet to have my first play session , but I'd love to have a sperm sample taken multiple times by a male doctor. Who better to understand my equipment then somebody who has the same.

Over the course of three years I saw an actual MD for fantasy exams. About half the exams required a semen specimen. The method was varied. The first time was by observed masturbation. Subsequent specimens were produced by electro-stim, prostate massage, an artificial vagina, and the examiner’s or his assistant’s hand. The doctor and his assistant were always in the room for this. Occasionally, one or two observers were watching.

For me ejaculation is the most personal and private thing I do. To have it “done” to me while others watch added a new level of embarrassment and humiliation to the exam experience.

I have had two play exams. One was a "general" exam, and not enough stimulation was provided to produce an ejaculation. However the second exam was to determine sensitivity.

That was...insanely hot. He moved the bench at the foot of my bed back a bit, and had me lay on my back on the edge of the bed with my legs on the bench. He was between my legs and proceeded to manipulate my penis, noting how quickly it became erect and the amount of pre-cum produced (which was substantial). During my play examinations with a male doctor, there was always at least one semen sample at the end. I was always passive, ejaculation was achieved through stimulation by the doctor. In one session, the focus was on endurance and performance. During this session, I was always manually stimulated until shortly before ejaculation and then the stimulation was interrupted. During the interruption, the heartbeat was listened to and the blood pressure measured. Then manual stimulation was given again. Of course, at some point the first ejaculation finally occurred. The semen was collected. After another blood pressure measurement and checking the heartbeat, the stimulation was continued. A total of 3 semen samples were obtained in this way. After the second ejaculation, the stimulation of the penis was initially quite unpleasant, especially the glans was now very sensitive. He just said "you'll have to endure it, it will soon be over". At some point he finally had the third semen sample. He then compared the amounts and the consistency.

I once had an examination without a semen sample with a female doctor. There was a lot of playing here - the focus was on the penis, testicles, prostate and bladder. There was no semen sample here, as this was agreed beforehand. That was an interesting experience. In my opinion, however, the game is more fun with at least one semen sample.

I have participated in two play physical examinations. In both exams, a semen sample was required to pass the examination. In the first exam, the Doctor manually stimulated my penis until ejaculation was achieved. While he was rubbing my penis he did not check any vitals, but his hands were busy - one with my penis and two fingers from his other hand were massaging my prostate.

In the second exam (different Doctor), I masturbated while the doctor massaged my prostate and observed.

In a play Doctor/patient session, I would anticipate that a semen sample would be extracted for evaluation and further testing. However, that all depends on the guardrails that are established between the Doctor and patient prior to the examination.

I have experienced that the most docs need one from you. Somehow it always ends with, "now let's check your semen production". Don't know why 😃

Let’s face it this is not strictly medical , but I do enjoy extracting semen . Usually done over a reasonable period of time to see how long subject can maintain erection . Ideally I’d have an examination couch with stirrups to secure patient but usually I have to tie them spread eagle on bed

I did have several semen extractions during exams done by female doctors over the years and times that I have been examined.

My experience there is that doctors, I guess both male and female, like to stimulate a male patient up until and over the point of no return where

they can actually witness the semen erupt from the patient. How the actual stimulation would be done is most probably up to the doctor

who is doing the extraction and he/she has quite some options to achieve it all of course.

And as it did happen to me several times I can say that I do prefer the manual stimulation in most ways it can be done

In a thorough (play) exam, I have the opinion that all bodily functions should be tested. Ejaculation is one of them 😃

Yes @Jason U . I don’t have stirrups so find it best to secure them to bed wrists snd ankles spread eagle. Not medical I know , but interesting all the same !

Why would a semen extraction not have a medical reason? The first one would be to check fertility, a 2nd reason to evaluate the ejaculation, the time it takes to reach that point would be a 3rd possible reason. And, a 4th one can be simply because you want to preserve semen to be used later, so it might be frozen to be able to do ivf after chemotherapy for instance … so, I guess there are medical reasons enough to be found 🙂

I mostly have been in the patient role; semen extraction has been a key feature in almost all my exams. My first couple of exams as a play patient it involved my play doctor stroking my penis until I climax and ejaculate one time. Later exams, my play doctors usually have done two or three iterations of having me achieve orgasms with some combination of masturbating myself, the play doctor stroking me, toys, or prostate stimulation/massage. A couple times nipple stimulation has been done too. Many of these times my play doctor and I are listening to my heartbeat.

I have had a couple of play exams as a patient that did not involve my play doctor examining my genitals or making me achieve climax/ejaculation. I also have had a couple of female play patients that I did not do genital exams or sexual stimulation exams on at their request. They still were good experiences.

I'd say 3/4 of my medical fetish experiences were with other guys, most of those happening even before I fully came out as bisexual and didn't fully understand my sexuality. Zero problems having a male play doctor doing a genital exam where they stimulate me to orgasm, just as I have zero problem having a woman do such an exam on me as well.
