Vibrating Plate Enema

I tried something and really liked it. Some time back (at the beginning of the Covid epidemic) I purchased a vibrating plate exerciser to keep in shape. Well, last evening, I placed it in front of the bathroom door, prepared a 3-quart enema, hung the enema bag from the top of the door frame, got onto the vibrating plate machine, started it, and then opened the clip on the enema hose. As the machine was shaking me back and forth, the enema filled my belly, and I could feel it shaking around inside of me. The enema bag emptied in about 5-minutes, and then I stood there on the machine for another 5-minutes before it shut off automatically. This was one of the best enemas I have ever had, and I will definitely do this again . . . many times.
