First-time medical role playing experiences

What do you remember about your first experiences with role-playing? I am new to this community and these experiences. I wonder how it was for you when you first started. What emotions did you go through before meeting up? How did you feel about the first meeting(s)? What do you have for overcoming anxiety or apprehension during these first meetings?

There too many threads that intersect with this in some way to list, though you should list the threads under this cell, Discussions / Medical Fetish / Role-playing to see which those are.

My first was dental play ankle I was hooked from there

My first play was with my sister when we were about 10 and 11. my parents kindly got me a doctors bag adn tools for christmas.

In my late twenties, more than forty years ago, I had a several months long strong relation with a language student who was very much into medfet.

Maria had set the rule that, every time we were to have sex, she would give me a comprehensive medical exam. Her exam included a lot of stething, gave large attention to my peins and testicles and allways ended with her taking my rectal temperature on her lap.

As I told my girlfriend I was ( still am) very afraid of doctors, Maria answered that she knaw nothing about cardiology and would not be able to tell if I were dying.

After this physical, the sex we had was just fantastic.

My first actual med-fet role play was when I was 20. For a long time, I had known heartbeats, stethoscopes, and medical stuff in general were fetishes for me, but never pulled the trigger to find others in real life.

I met with a female partner who was quite a bit older than me who was in the doctor role while I was patient. That first experience was pretty overwhelming, because I had never been naked in front of another female, let alone engaging in a fetish/sexual activity with another person. I attempted to take on the doctor role, but I was so taken aback by what I had experienced so far that we had to stop early. It wasn't bad, but I think when you are thrusted into a new sexual experience it can be a lot to take in at once.

My second actual med-fet experience was a few months after with a male play doctor. This ended going much more smoothly. I think having a better idea of how fetish exams flowed and what to expect, I was in a much better headspace. I felt a lot more comfortable being naked in front of him, and he was also a stethoscope fan and was happy to focus on listening to my heartbeat. I let him do a full genital and rectal exam on me, and at the end he masturbated me while giving me prostate stimulation, and resulted in probably the most powerful orgasm I had up to that point.

About 20 years ago my girlfriend at the time and I a went to a fetish club one weekend that had a medical theme event on. When we arrived the receptionist asked us what we wanted. My girlfirend decided she didnt want to be examined so it was just going to be me while she watched. We were met by a young blonde female dressed in a traditional nurse outfit who took us into a room that was done up like a Doctors office. She asked me some questions and took my height and weight before asking me to put a gown on and sit on the exam table while she got the Doctor. A few minutes later she came back in with a guy of about 50, completely bald and at least 250 lbs. He was wearing a black polo shirt, brown trousers and shoes, a white coat and a stethoscope around his neck. He looked more like a bouncer than a Doctor. He shook my hand and my girlfriends and said that he would be conducting my physical exam.. He then proceeded with my exam examining me from head to toe, including a genital and rectal exam while my girlfriend and the nurse remained in the room throughout

Our first experience was me and my girlfriend (now wife) started with me as the doctor and her a patient arriving for her annual exam. She was completely undressed including no socks with freshly pedicured black nail polish toes in a paper gown open in the front. We started with BP, pulse, temp, then ears, eyes, nose, throat. I auscultated her lungs and heart. I moved to asking her to open the front of the gown to complete a breast exam. We did this in a sitting and standing position. This turned her on. I moved to an abdominal exam auscultating and palpating the abdomen. We then moved to laying flat with knees to the sides and her beautiful feet on the edge of the bed in imaginary stirrups. I did a visual examination of her vulva and her hips throbbing. Carefully, I inserted a speculum into her vagina and was able to see inside (with a little coaching from her). I didn’t need much lube. I did a bimanual exam without gloves ( per her request). Things went off the rails at that part. It was one of the most memorable experiences in my life. We don’t play with others and aren’t interested. This was just a small snippet of some of our role play.

Other that doing the obligatory doctors and nurses when I was young my first introduction was by was of a Dom I met on FetLife when I was 21. I was very new to the kink scene still figuring myself as well as everything in the BDSM scene out. He was a fantastic crash course on Med Fet and submission in general.

The first session IRL was very vanilla - we had a 20 min chat about what I want to get out of things, limits, consent etc. Before long I was naked and his fingers were all over me! I enjoyed the humiliation, the embarrassment, the care he took in his examination, being the focus of his attention and having no control. He had me hooked!

He encouraged limit pushing, but was never forceful, he had amazing intuition. We were never sexual, it was strictly Doctor/Patient, which is what kept me coming back! Sadly I moved countries and we lost touch a couple years ago and his accounts are no longer active.

Yeah not the thread for childhood reminiscing. My first adult roleplay was with my husband. We were dating and had been for maybe a month? We got together in our mid forties which was a seriously horny period in my life. I had been in a 25 year very vanilla marriage and I was looking to do and try everything I had ever thought of (while at the same time remaining a respectable mom - ah the dichotomy). Anyway hub, who is way kinkier than I am, said 'wanna play doctor?'

We were going through a period that included a lot of role-playing - 2 horny former theater kids, it was inevitable. I think the first time we worked it into a harem slave fantasy with him having to examine me to insure I was acceptable to present to the sultan.

Several hundreds of dollars worth of medical props later, here we are.

Dear Nurse !! - maybe nice memories, but what does " the Sultan " said decades ago ?? - was it all in all so, as he had imagined ??

No the sultan was pissed that I wasn't a virgin and all kinds of punishment ensued.

- OK, i see, but that couldn't be his really expectation in my mind !! - so, the given " punishment's " maybe are ungrateful !!
