I once had a doctor acting strange. But not in any way sexually inappropriate or anything like that.
It was when I was in college, long hair and all that jazz and i was sent to a pneumologist who diagnosed me with TBC. He was very old-school and didn't seem to like me much. The feeling was mutual.
He ordered a bronchoscopy after he began to surmise I didn't have TBC after all (I didn't) and it did not go well. First I was half sedated, then given an atropine based drug to redeuce saliva production but made me anxious as hell, the sigmoidoscopy was (semi?) rigid and I totally freaked out, it just didn't work out.
Then the old guy got very mad, screaming I was a drug taking hippy and what not and just left, storming out of the room. The nurse stayed behind and was shocked and calmed me down. I didn't even smoke or drink back then and she believed me (I did have long hair though ...ha ha).
Anyway, I never ever went back again to that old prick. Another doctor came and he diagnosed me with a cyst and I left lickety-split.
10 years later I woke up coughing blood with a lung tumor ( a teramoma - fetal cell tissue) but still coughing up blood like in a war movie (well, OK, a little less dramatic, but it scared my wife, son and nurses in the hospital).
Got that fixed up.
But since we are talking about inappropriate behavior, I will never forget that old pneumologist who accused me of being a drug-addicted hippy to my face while almost blowing a gasket himself.
That is also a kind of inappropriateness.
