Hi folks,
As i read several forum threads here, and also a response on some i started myself (https://en.zity.biz/index.php?mx=forum;ox=display;topic=123513;firstnew)
have produced a possibly very good and effective method which is a combination of 2 products (Miralax and Lactulose-syrup) that reinforce/supplement each other, which will ultimately inevitably lead to a bowel movement(complete intestinal emptying?) that cannot be stopped.
Some quotes from other members/threads:
- when it hits you’ll be completely unable to hold it back.
- If one agent causes you to almost lose control, the combination ensures that you don't have to lose control because you absolutely and truly can no longer exercise control?
- The more you try to resist the urge to defecate, the sooner you will have no choice. You will have no choice but to fill your diaper sooner or later.
- Urge not strong enough to force you to poo you diaper? Just wait.
The idea and my goal is to put on a diaper before bed. Then during the night it will wake me up because I get the urge.
Of course staying in bed would mean I lose control and have no choice to empty my bowels in the diaper.
If you have about 6 hours, the Miralax again to soften you poo combined with the full adult dose of either Lactulose or Sobitol. You'll probably get a lot of gas in a couple of hours, followed soon by a very complete, impossible to hold, poo. If the urge isn't strong enough to force the poo out, wait a while The urge usually gets stronger with time.
@Sean
So I want to simulate/insure a nighttime accident.
Would that be possible by using the combination of Miralax and Lactulose syrup once?
If so, what dosage of each product should I use?
Should I take them at the same time or separately with some time in between?
With the dose and intake/use advice you would give, I should expect an evacuation after how much time?
I take Mirilax & 40 ML Lactulose before each meal that provides 6 very soft large movements a day . Normally 30 ML taken before each meal will produce 3 + soft formed stools per day
@SAP
Same question to you, in your opinion and experience, as above to Sean.

I'm not into diapers (nappies in South Africa), but I can assure anyone who is wanting to have a spectacular yet sweet-smelling 'accident' that bananas will do the trick without need of any laxatives.
Would adding a banana for some extra "bulk" be an option, or would it trigger (to soon) a BM before the Mirilax combined with Lactulose have a change to start "it's magic" ?

** As an equivalent to Miralax I will use Movicol:

** I will use a high absorption (night) diaper in combination with a PVC protective slip.
In addition, I will also protect the bed sufficiently if the diaper does leak.
** To strengthen the feeling of surrender and loss of control, I will also use methods that prevent me from getting up from bed easily or quickly when the urge arises.
