When was your last enema?

I just had one to clean out so I can stretch my hole nice and wide.

After a long dry spell, just finished a great series of 3, 2 hot and Ivory soapy followed by a warm salt water rinse. The enemas were taken lying on my back on the floor, legs propped up on stools, trying not look at the 2 quart bag draining into me. I take my enemas straight through, no pauses, I enjoy the crampiness of the hot flow. I warmed up by slowly working a plug into my butthole. The first enema was the standard white douche nozzle, then the plug went back in to help hold. The next 2 used the black silicon ridged enema sex nozzle. Three strong expulsions, a part of the process which I struggled with in my last enema. The plug and nozzle helped I think.

Just finished 9 eight ounce bulbs of very warm and extremely strong Doc Bronners peppermint. It was very difficult holding after the 6th bulb full. I barely made it to the toilet before I exploded. Then I squirted two full bulbs of nothing but foam which was a real clean out. Rinsed with two cold water squirts which ended the session. Thanks to my wife for leaving me an afternoon to play...

About 5 hours ago. A series of three 2-quart enemas delivered from a vintage Davol Bag and colon tube by a most skilled and devilishly angelic woman. WOW! Good to the last drop!

I just finished a very effective series. Like a few others, a large volume or high enema can be a challenge to take in and then retain for any length of time. Whether age or dehydration is an issue that affects our abilities to accomplish a "good enema" like mom used to require, I still experiment in an effort to get to a clear bowel.

I recently did some reading about the "Vagus" nerve network and how to execise or stimulate it. Holding or retaining a coffee enema, was one effort suggested. Enemas after heart surgery were cautioned due to stimulation however.

I've been doing a lot of "Kegel" execises lately, and have found that I get some great sensations, especially during an enema. The nozzle and solution seem to get sucked in deeper and my prostate reacts in a positive way. It kind of reminds me of those dry orgasms from childhood that preceded ejaculation at puberty. Getting pegged also simulated those reactions.

A "Harris flush" also provided some great sensations as well!

Enema. Made medium strong with about 10 minute retention. Fantasized about high school co worker. Easy elimination. Hopefully will be done with no return trips. Bag is already put away!

About a hour ago. 4 qt with2 qt rinse. Feel a lot better.

Today. Was constipated. Made a 2 qt saline of 2 tsp of salt per qt., one tbsp of castile soap and one tbsp of glycerin. Held for 10 min which worked very well.

Last night i was feeling so bloated and Gassy uncomfortable after eating a very heavy lunch.

My wife was nice enough to prepare me a soapy 3qt enema telling me this should make me feel better. She had me lay on my belly and slowly sid in the long feminine douche nozzle releasing the warm water in me .after releasing the first enema she was getting my next 3qt ss &bs to wash out the soap enema .

Yes the 2 enemas gave me relief and helped me so much.

19 days ago the day before discharge from Cardiac surgery. It was a fleet but it worked. I was in the hospital for 11 days and got 4 enemas and a Dulcolax suppository. They were very focused on bowel management, and not straining.

I'm somewhat surprised that you got any enemas after cardiac surgery. Bowel management is necessary, but I was only treated to stool softeners and a laxative which just gave me gas. One nurse promised me an enema, but she was off the next day. I had to resort to a smuggled bulb syringe to have a BM. I was discharged the next day (day 7).

BTW...I just finished a very effective enema series followed up with a good coffee enema!

Today, stomach kind bloated, etc. Took a FLEET, did not have time for a real enema. It reminded me how much I dislike those crampy little bastards!

This morning, and every morning. Sometimes in the evening too. I use a 2.5 gallon Summer Shower bag and I can take in over half of it. I weigh 162.5 lbs. empty and 176.5 full. That's 14 pounds of water. 6.7 quarts. I can keep it in as long as I'm sitting on the edge of the tub but I have to get on the toilet and let it go when I stand up.

What is a J&J enema?

I'm now 1 month out from extensive open heart surgery. When I was discharged the nurse tried to get me to give myself a fleet enema, whish I refused to do. Last night I realized I still couldn't manage it with my movement restrictions and pain. I haven't had an enema since discharge, but have had to use suppositories twice. Once after a roadtrip with 3 days no bm. and two days ago my medical team had me use a bisacodyl suppository, which worked well after 4 days no bm. They have also had me on double doses of peg for about a week. This morning I just had a good bm propeled by gas passage. probably due to the miralax. I now have a home car nurse assigned. I will try to get an enema later this week.

@trippycum A J&J enema is An enema using Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo as the soap solution. It's a very mild soap solution that doesn't cramp badly urt works very well. It's my go to soap suds enema.

Never tried that. Always have grated Castile bar soap. We will try it next time. I guess experimenting is fun, but what sorta ratio have you found is nice.... I'd imagine a palm full shaken in a jar of hot water and added to a 4 quart bag.

@trippycum be shure to use actual J&J not a store brand. I once got the Dollar General brand and ot was very harsh.

As far as the amount, start light, you will find a small amount makes for a huge amount of soap suds. I do not measure but I would say I use a couple Teaspoons full in a two quart enema. When you release even being your first clean out, you will be amazed at the suds in your toilet.

After 2 amazing 4qt Dr B bar soapy mix with some warm coconut oil. I was so so empty and cleaned out I took another 4qt this enema was sea salt and baking soda.

I took it so easily my wife poured another 1 qt in the open top she said you are taking it so good,

after the enema was all in she told me to rest some and release I’ll be right back,,,I don’t know how different this Dr B bar is from years of using ivory soap but we find Dr B soap truly amazing given me such a good cleaning out very comfortable to take ,,,I release the enema feeling so empty she walked in with a 3qt thick yogurt mix she tells me you really need this probiotic implant after that cleaning out…

We talked about it as I was resting we have a 3qt clear silicone enema bag with a very large tube 3/4” with a large silicone plug nozzle with also a much larger hole to help the thicker yogurt mix ,,,,she had me get on all fours ass up head down pushing in the large nozzle in me telling me are you ready clip the yogurt mix flowing in me ,,,for those who have never tried a yogurt enema you don’t know what you are missing..

The thick solution filling me it’s a very heavy feeling my belly swelling hanging she helped by rubbing my belly telling me what a good job I’m doing.ones the 3qt in she pulls out the nozzle and pushed in a large inflatable plug squeezing in inside me I feel the pressure building.told me to relax and enjoy you have a while to hold my belly so swollen hanging she asked me to stand up I could barely get up from the pressure.

She helped me up I felt like I was going to explode,,,,she wraps her a hands around my belly and whispered in my ear oooh baby look how your belly is swollen you look so pregnant holding me by my hips looking in the mirror,,,she laughed and told me to lay down and rest.after about 40 minutes told me to get ready to release,,,she deflated the nozzle the pressure so strong a large amount of yoghurt solution sprayed out down between my legs ,this feeling is so so strong she said to me it’s okay baby it’s okay go sit down and release and enjoy…..

I too really like a yogurt implant after a deep clean and playtime. No doctor here, but i find it seems to make everything happy and healthy.

Last Thursday, a 2 liter SSE, given by a service provider I introduced to enemas a dozen or so years ago. This visit, me receiving an enema --more often than not I give her one---was meant to be the first part of a play period culminating with me performing anal sex on her. She hung the clear blue Amazon purchased bag on the curtain rod above her bed and proceeded to fill me up nonstop while teasing my genital area and "dirty talkin". In no time I got the worst cramps I've had in years and almost exploded on her bed. With her help and a lot of cheek clenching I barely made it to the bathroom. When I thought it was finished , I cleaned up and returned to her bedroom to resume our play session. We had no sooner started when the cramps hit again. She thought she may have put too much castile soap in. I agreed but called it a day realizing again that sometimes enemas should come at the end rather than the beginning of a play date. The only release I got that day was from the enema.

So long ago I don’t really remember! Keep hoping to find a lady in the area who would help correct that deficiency because I’m just too lazy to deal with it myself, but it’s been a lot more challenging than expected!! 😊

Last night I did another series. I wanted to explore a bit higher dose of glycerine as it had been a while. I usually do 7.5-10% and wanted to try a little more.

My series:

1 L plain water to clear out the lower colon - no hold - just cleaning out.

3 L plain water to clean a little deeper and prep for the glycerine. Held for about 5 min. Got a decent clean out here but knew there was more to come.

2 L total solution with 250ml glycerine included. 12.5% concentration. Hung it high and ran it in fast. Tried to keep the glycerine mixed but it tends to settle in the bag. So the first part of the solution burned like hell going in. I knew I needed to ride that out and it would get better.

Glycerine tends to make me “open up” and feel like I need to push and I could feel my sphincter loosening up from the initial burn. I was just using a douche nozzle with my 4L silicone bag, so I had to be really conscious to keep things closed tight. The 2L flowed into me in about 2 min. By the end of the flow I was already cramping pretty good from the glycerine.

Glycerine tends to be a whole colon cramp for me, rather than waves. I can distinctly feel the entire thing cramp and release at once. I could only hold this for about 4 min before I had to release it. A inflatable nozzle might be in my future to help me ride this out better. The first part of the release was small and I held the rest for another few minutes while everything cramped and released. Then what I thought was the rest of the solution came out.

Expelling glycerine feels different to me - I can feel the thickness of the solution if that makes sense.

About 2-3 minutes after I thought I had expelled everything and the colon cramping subsided, I could feel a very strong cramp low on my right side - the Cecum was activating. I knew what was coming next. I felt a wave of cramps and burning warmth work its way up the right side, across the transverse, then down my left side to the bottom. When it got there it burned like hell and cramped HARD. It does tend to get stuck at the junction from the sigmoid to the rectum. While there it is a deep warm burning cramp but I can’t move it further down until it’s ready. Once it moves down, the urge to go is strong and I was still feeling like I wanted to open up involuntarily and push from the glycerine. I held onto that feeling for maybe a minute - I enjoyed it in weird way. Then I released the “mud”. Anyone that has had a flush like this knows what I mean.

The good thing was that this movement from deep within must have swept up the remaining glycerine. I didn’t have any watery returns after that.

All in all an enjoyable evening - glycerine hits differently than soap for sure - at least for me. Kudos to the iron colons that do stuff like the Very Rough Ride. That recipe is twice the glycerine I used plus a huge amount of soap, the magic bullets and the extract. That would be an experience for sure. Elsewhere I had posted a video I found of a gent holding that recipe for 20 min. It gives me new appreciation for his heavy breathing during the hold. I can only imagine the cramps.

Next time I might try a few dulcolax suppositories before I start the flow. Let the glycerine mixture push everything deeper into me.

On Monday night. After a week of out of town traveling, I was a bit off schedule and really did need an enema. Two quarts of warm water and some Dr. Bronner's peppermint taken knee-chest was the prescription. After a brief holding period, a rather strong and smelly expulsion was experienced. No real cramps but a lot of urgency. No return trips that night and slept real well.
