Which sex would you prefer an Enema Administrator to be?

I think I would prefer the other person to be female (the same as me) but it's only a slight preference as I am so inexperienced. I have given myself some enemas but I have never gotten one from another person. I sometimes feel like men are more interested in skipping to the bit that titilates them or rush into more overtly sexual contact. I think I'd like to get really thoroughly cleaned out by a woman especially one who has the same interest as me.

On the receiving end, either a male or female to administer. They do not have to be older than me, but I would prefer an adult between 40 and 60. This would establish in my authority to give an enema to me. If I give an enema it can be either a male or female these individuals would be younger than me.
