Double bag enema recipes

I wonder which recipes could benefit from having two separate bags linked with an Y connector to the nozzle. I tried the mayo enema with the solution of water and sugar in a bag and the other with water and baking soda in the other. It is very powerful, wondering if there are other recipes for two bags.

I have done warm 105 Fahrenheit not higher. With cooler 80 degree Fahrenheit down to 70F contrast.

The first one lets the water comfortably fill in nicely the second one gives a little chill and sends it back out, causing it all to make like a tree and leave.

Works best laying in a shower stall so that the second one can continue to fill and encourage.

The first is 2 or 3 quarts. The second in my arrangement is continuous fill/refill till done. In a shower stall, put a 4 inch diameter exercise roller under the hips.

You could do several. One bag could hold soapsuds, the other glycerin or bisacodyl and that gets injected in the middle of the enema. You could have two different strengths of soapsuds. As noted you could do warm and cool. i've heard that bicarbonate in one bag and lemon juice in the other can be very effective. Lots of options.
