During the day I usually wear an Angelfluff ultimate 3 contour high rise with plastic pants. At night i wear a triple boosted Angelfluff super heavy weight night diaper high rise (it's a full coverage diaper +) and wear Babykins full coverage bloomers,I have allot of health problems and sleep disorders besides the IC ,because of that i use a ton of pain medications and sedative/hypnotic medications ,when I go yo bed I don't know what's going to happen as in get a decent nights rest lie awake night after night until I can't see straight or sleep heavily for 18 or more hours ( yup it's as much fun as it sounds ) if I do one of those "marathon" sleeps , my diaper has to have the ability to contain and control till I am awake everything that happens within it that it's supposed to , so sometimes I am over prepared and other times those rubber bloomers earn there keep ( they are notoriously hard for feces and urine to find away past, they were designed as the ultimate protection for patients who are bedbound or in wheelchairs a majority of the time .So daytime protection is easier to monitor and plan for than night .
At night Molicare Super. Abena M4. I may also use a top quality booster insert. Totally different than daytime use. The night diaper can be thick and bulky because they have to be thick and bulky to contain the night-time voiding. Always and forever with plastic-bloomer-length overpants or super large plastic briefs.
During the night I wear the tranquility atn. These diapers work great for me and I never have had any issues with leaks during the night.
At night I am usually put in double diapers with a third folded in thirds and placed in the center as a soaker. Even though these are very thick, the large rubber (plastic) pants I am put in have plenty of room and are very puffy. In the summer I wear just a t-shirt over this. Sometimes I wear a onesie to bed instead. In the winter I am put in a footed sleeper which is loose but cannot conceal completely the diaper bulge.During the day I am usually diapered with a ABU Simple diaper to facilitate easier changing. But sometimes I am put in my thick night diapers during the day, particularly when I am sick and inclined to fall asleep.
I'd say my night time diapers are about twice as thick as my daytime diapers. I use a four layer flat diaper plus a large toddler added as a soaker. At night I use a double four layer diaper and a toddler soaker. This will last all night and into the morning easily. Lately I've found that I can wear one four layer flat with three toddler soakers and get excellent results. All night with no leaks. YAY! I like my diapers thick. Mostly because of the way they feel. But also because there's no surprises if I wet heavier than normal. And, what fun is a thin diaper. Might as well wear underwear....
My Abri-form M4 diapers hold up great all night by themselves. Does not seem to matter how much they are filled during the night and still stay dry. The channel it creates on the sides does a good job of making such there are no side leaks. During the day I might wear my depends but then more for ludeleakage from anal play.
I use to wear 2 thick cloth diapers with a 3rd as a soaker in the middle. They are by far the best diapers for nighttime use. My wife has a very sensitive nose and the smell of the diaper pail put her off. So to keep he happy I switched to disposable diapers I’m a heavy wetter so I wear plastic baby panties day and night my curl nighttime diaper is little paws. The hold up to 170 ounces however the tabs don’t hold after a while so I reinforce them by wearing 2?pairs of plastic pants and a onesie to hold it all in. I’ve had very few leaks but sill would feel more comfortable and safe in cloth diapers as the have better side protection than disposable diapers. During the day I wear Walgreens Certainly diapers the have Velcro tabs that I can easily adjust with two overnight size 6 Target diapers they are good for 4 to 5 hours. I’m a diabetic so I drink a lot more than the average person this works well and is very economic.
Either I wear Molicare Max, TENA Super or Super SENI. I prefer to wear diapers in my free time and in the evening as well as on holiday.I find they all seem to hold the same amount, although my favourites are Molicare Max and Super Seni as they fit really well and are so snug.
Pretty much the same, only with 2-3 soaker pads. It's usually always a thick flannel contour in the inside, a large thick prefold folded into thirds in the middle for more bulk, 0-3 thin 7"x14" terri soaker pads, then a thin larger outer contour to wrap around them all, hold them in place, and pin. Then of course my delightful plastic pants. Usually wear tighter ones during the day, larger/looser ones at night.
If I was choosing nighttime diapers for someone my main concern would be absorbency. Often people who wet during the night wet more than once. It wouldn't matter if they were noticeable under clothing.
I wear one pre-fold and three cloth inserts under the diaper. The pre-folds have added layers in the center for night time use. And 7mil high back plastic pants over my diapers to keep our bed dry during the night. My wife diapers me at night and she hates if our beds gets wet from a leak so she makes sure every thing is just right. I' sure Horsecat understands.
For my night diaper, after having problems with leaks during the night, especially that she hates when the bed is wet because my diaper leaks, since she makes sure my diapers are thicker than my diapers day, so that she can protect me all night long without leaking, she recently bought me six 30" x 60" microfiber waffle bath towels that she folds into quarters that she inserts into my cloth diaper thick flannel designed for the night, also with my new extra Roomy Nighttime Plastic Pants from InControl, These are high waisted baby pants with wide elastics, and very roomy to accommodate my very thick or lined diapers. They have become by far the best nappies for my nighttime use, since then I haven't had any more leaks in bed, even though I wet heavier than usual, plus she knows that when I wake up I do too deliberately peeing in my already wet diaper. With my thick night diaper, more cumbersome, because it must be thick, contain my many pees, until Madame gets up to change my diapers. It's so nice not having to worry about leaks especially with my new plastic baby pants. And Happy new year! and I sympathize with all the bedwetters like me who are forced to wear diapers all year long.
I use three types of nappies and use different protection levels for different scenarios. All of them are from the Abena brand which my insurance will deal with their distributor directly. I also provide liaise with Abena when it comes to new designs where I get to try out some free prototypes as they do this all across the globe. The nappies will be the Apri-Form where I choose three levels of protection. During the weekend I choose the number 2 or 3 and the nights it is either number 3 or 4. Sometimes I choose 4 should I feel really cold or I want to sleep in the next day or I had a little too much alcohol the previous evening.I then use the Apri-Flex for mostly work or when I see the doctor. At work, my direct supervisor and my management knows of my condition and they treat it with discretion. I also use the disabled toilets for changing and sometimes use the nurse room should I change from a pullup to a full nappy. My work provides me with an additional locker for such stuff. When I want to party and show body a little bit and wear some satin panties, I would then use their Apri-San range and use a bikini plastic panties over my satin panties. I have to be a bit careful as they sometimes peek out should i bend down or should there'd be a seat which exposes that area where I am vulnerable and they see the plastic panties. In the night is is mainly a full nappy with a plastic panties brief.
My typical day-time diaper is usually two muslin flats folded so that I have a 3-layer diaper about the same size a prefold that would fit my frame. At night I take an extra flat and fold it into a narrower 4 layer booster and lay it down the middle. Makes for a bulky diaper but at that point I'm in my jammies and in bed, so it doesn't matter what it looks like. What does matter is that it is absorbent enough to keep all the pee in my plastic diaper pant and not all over the sheets. If someone comes to the door the next morning before I get out of my night diaper, well I take my chances!
Definitely thicker diapers at night than during the day/ anything from tykables or rearz works well due to high output as I like to keep hydrated. during the day anything lighter like north shore works well
I wear molicare with plastic pants at night, and I sleep on an absorbent pad, since my diaper and plastic pants usually leak. I have zero bladder control, so I am almost always wet…
I wear Abena L4 at night with plastic pants and a peapod matress pad incase of leaks.Daytime is usually thinner diaper
Either cloth if at home or a thicker night diaper during the day when home or a thinner diaper like northshore supreme if out and about. for night a thicker tykables or straightup or thicker cloth diaper.
My nightime Nappy consists of,Two microfibre cloths 6 x 7 cm for wicking, folded to go front to back,One disposable Nappy maxi absorbancy,One rear segment of my daytime disposable (that did not get wet or soiled)PUL pant covering the above and tucking in around waist and leg gatherings,Covered by three stretch pants and two more larger PUL pants.I also have a large bed pad.Even all that can on rare occassions be defeated resulting in a bad leak and like most people I hate leaks !
During the day I wear a Tena Slip Maxi most of the time. At night I can wear the same, but it is always soaked and almost leaking by dawn. Betterdry’s are a more secure choice for me at night.Spike
Cloth nappy with plastic pants for night-time whereas I would usually use a plastic-backed disposable in the daytime for going out
Tranquility and plastic pants 24-7. Booster at night because otherwise my diaper will leak and I wet the bed... Dan
