( She wanted me to wear a nuetral color pair of socks and i wanted to wear my white or black socks) When I had a tantrum and threw down the socks that i wanted to wear, she ordered me to bring her "My" spanking bath brush for my spanking. I was scolded before, during and after my spanking for talking back, having a tantrum, not doing as i was told to do, for not remembering to always be submissive, as well as to remember to be a "Good little boy" for the rest of the day. We had a great day at a restaurant in Grand Central Station with another friend and his wife and YES i was on my "Best Behaviuor" all day!

It seems like she gave you exactly what your behavior called for. It has been pointed out to me by many strict wives that men are really boys who need hard spankings to mind their manners.

Sounds like you should deserved the spanking for sure. That was a big one for me growing up and my mom or dad a number of blistered my bottom for both of those things. I have daddy now that takes me to task for these things as well on occasion. He is a no nonsense type. It is good you have wife that will take you to task for these behaviors. I remember my two uncles got a good laugh out of it. Out of the seven cousins that were there, I think I remember about three or four other ones getting spanked during the trip. It was a pretty regular occurrence in our family. My dad was the only one who stripped us down in front of everyone for a spanking though.

Interesting but not at all surprising that it was only your Uncles that laughed when you got your spanking! They obviously knew there butts were safe! LOL While your other cousins knew that they could well be in line for a whupping and, as you pointed out, in three or four cases, actually were! No wonder they did not smile or laugh when you got your butt spanked!

They saw me get my ass blistered quite a bit by my dad. They always found it a little comedic. My one uncle anytime he spanked you, he made sure to do it in front of a group of people to add to the embarrassment.

My grandfather was a hard spanker. They all grew up with the razor strop. I spent Summers on my grandpa's farm, so I know where my dad got it from.

I only recall throwing one major tantrum that earned me a very public spanking when I was about 5 I guess. My parents had taken me to the zoo and as you would imagine it was busy and I was expected to hold mum or dads hand. I had other ideas and repeatedly broke away from them and ran off. They put up with that for a while but eventually decided that I was going to be put on reins, the kind that toddlers used to have back in the 70's, (mine were baby blue leather ones with bunnies on). Being a big boy of 5 the indignity of being treated like a baby must have become too much for me because I am told I threw the biggest tantrum of my young life, I screamed, I cried, I lay down on the floor kicking and generally being a brat. To cap it all I bit my dad as hard as I cold on his hand as he tried to pick me up - BIG MISTAKE! I remember (and have been told since) that he picked me up and while he was kneeling on one knee he threw me across his other leg and virtually ripped my shorts and pants down and with me kicking and screaming, he landed a number of the hardest smacks I'd ever received on my needing attention bottom right where everyone could see. I am told, although I don't remember it myself that several passers by told him to give me another one if I didn't start to behave myself. He then held my under one of his arms and carried me still kicking and crying back to the car. That was the end of my day out and I was put straight to bed when we got home, probably with another smack. There is a photo somewhere in my parents collection of me being carried back to the car that day with me obviously crying, arms and legs kicking and snot dripping from my nose. Not cool but probably deserved! I don't recall ever really playing him up again when we were out. I did get several other spankings in public but none that involved me throwing a tantrum.

Great post, Lukkas! Indeed, once you had bitten your Dad your fate was obviously sealed! What I thought was especially interesting and so typical of those days was the attitude of the other members of the public! Actually showing approval of what you were doing and even encouraging you to give you extra if you did not start to behave! What a contrast to today, or even more recent times, where it is almost inevitable that other people would have disapproved of what you were doing, quite likely tried to intervene and stop your Dad, and even reported you to the Authorities! I'm not making a moral point of view here; or a judgement as to the rights or wrongs of what happened; though as you say you never played you Dad up in public again, so it obviously worked as a deterrent and in that respect was very effective; but it highlights from a sociological and historical perspective how attitudes have changed over the years!

Yes, indeed, 'talking back' was often a convenient, 'catch all' phrase for adults to employ when they did not want their power and authority challenged!

Many of us made that mistake! No matter if we felt, sometimes justifiably, that adults were being hypocritical and unfair; silence would often have been the wiser and more prudent course! And would have spared and saved our butts! But that was life!

Lol, was literally just writing about how obstinate I can be, and how that usually results in a good, firm spanking! I like being spanked and, sometimes I even enjoy "resisting" knowing I'll get spanked a little bit harder and longer. 🫦😈

They were mostly at home, except for one day while at the supermarket she let loose and started yelling and kicking on the ground she even tore cans off the shelf. Her mom had little choice but to spank her in the grocery aisle, whereupon she upped the game. She was taken to the car and got another spanking and put in her car seat and driven home.
