Double balloon nozzle

I have had several double balloon nozzles, both silicone and latex. I got my first 250/250 latex nozzle from Beth Tyler, it lasted a long time before the distal balloon finally popped. I stripped the broken balloon off and used it as single balloon nozzle for awhile longer, worked ok, leaked a bit. The 3 silicone double balloon nozzles I used were all bad. I bought a 500/250 silicone nozzle from Tyler Labs, it broke after 5 uses and Linda Marie @ Tyler labs replaced it with a 750/250 silicone nozzle. That one didn't last very long either, tried to repair, but the repairs only lasted for a couple of uses before they failed. The ones I now use are latex 250/250 from medtech 3000, not as good as the old ones made by Roush, but they are ok and last a long time if you take care of them properly.

I had the silicone one from Cleanstream a while ago and had nothing but problems with it. the nozzles were hard to insert never made a good seal and would leak air through the provided pumps. after getting better quality pumps the silicone balloon popped after not that long of a use. if you can tolerate the latex i would recommend the older latex DBC vs the Cleanstream one.
