I would think what you are doing is not humiliating at at all, but an accomplishment to be 'proud' of. It takes self-control and people who can control the physical aspects and needs of their body should feel a sense of accomplishment.

I came here to discuss "corner time", but you stole my thunder 6 months ago. 😄 Punishments that "don't seem like a big deal at first" are some of my favorites to administer to submissive patients, particularly ageplayers. Sat on a stool in the corner, facing the corner, especially as I take my sweet time prepping the exam table, instruments, and restraints, as I narrate what I'm doing out loud -- that's a favorite! @Hookajoe: I tried your suggestion about carrying the toys around. Friday rolled around & I had four in the briefcase. I had to use a large one with compartments. Some of my own favorites:

As a small bonus, put the grapes in a dish and give them a squirt of Dr. Bronner's peppermint castile soap as the lubricant that allows their insertion.
