I’ve never looked it up for myself, but I hadn’t heard of the first two theories. I was familiar with the third as it’s based on neuroanatomy. I was about to ask if foot fetishism was inclusive of shoes but I looked it up and Wikipedia has separate articles on foot, shoe and boot fetishes, and an interesting article on “Fuck-Me Shoes,” commonly attributed to high heels, but sometimes other models. You’re already aware of my unusual specialized limited shoe fetish - for me, I’d definitely call them Fuck-Me shoes too.
