The answer is: it depends.
If I'm taking pictures or videos (either for myself or to share with others), I'm thinking as a photo or video editor (camera position, lighting, body position, image quality, sound quality, etc.). At the same time, I'm also noting what feels good or what sensations that I am experiencing and how best to share them.
If I'm not in editor mode, then I'm likely to be planning the next enema; maybe in a few minutes, maybe in a few hours. Planning, of course the bag to use, the enema solution and volume, the nozzle(s). It's very much in the "what am I feeling now and what do I want to feel next?" Am I standing while releasing or sitting.
If I'm among friends (online) it's about sharing (usually in the chat room and/or private messaging) If I'm among friends (IRL) it's about sharing the experiences we have in common.
Towards the end of expelling, as I'm experiencing those last gushes moving through my colon, I might go to reading here on Zity or over on Fetlife. Maybe listen to a little music.
Or maybe just turn off (or turn down) the lights and concentrate on the sensations coming through my colon and being released out my ass.
