Don't recall ever being given more than one. When I feel the need (as I do now), to give myself an enema, it's always one standard, full 2L bag. I never use soaps with the water, but a “standard” enema will produce the results I need.
I don't think I ever got multiple enemas to really clean me out until I was an adult. It seems the general plan with my mother and even the few I got from my maternal grandmother was once the enema produced a substantial poop, it was over. No need for more.Even as a teenager and a young man, I would give myself an enema, not more than a bag full, and jack off because that was the plan. And then I was done. I had heard or read of the term enemas until clear but never saw the need for that. Why do that? I did it once or twice sort of by accident while giving myself a series of 3 or more enemas because I was bored and experimenting, but a full cleanout until the water ran clear was not the goal.
I was a very constipated child. I needed enemas to make me poop when Castoria didn't work. The first one was a warm/hot, very sudsy enema. Then came the cramps.I would sometimes have daily or weekly or monthly enemas. I never knew. But I never had just ONE enema. I might have one or two real soapy ones. Then a bag of baking soda in water sometimes (but not always). Either way, it was Mom's decision because she looked at what I expelled in the toilet. I think I was 4 or 5 when she started using an enema bag on me. What always made it worse, was her always telling me she was going to make my stomach hurt. As I've said before, all of my enemas were with me seated on the toilet and Mom stood with the bag. Slowly raising and lowering the bag and clicking it on and off. I was always scared of enemas and cried alot until I became a teenager.
@Moms_Egirl doesn't sound like a nice mom. Did she take enemas herself. When my mom gave me enemas it was the only time she was nice to me xoxo …s
@eeetime It was rather complicated. Mom was a true high society woman and her career was everything! She provided for me very well and everybody that knew her, loved her. She was a very beautiful woman but she didn't know how to raise a child. She was not a loving type of Mother (even when administering an enema.) They hurt and my belly would sometimes get distended. After I was about 12, they started to feel good. I would be quietly moaning and moving around on the toilet seat. In fact, I had a couple of enema-induced orgasms in front of her and all she said was, “Now finish moving your bowels.”Yes, she took A LOT of enemas, herself.
@Moms_Egirl I dated a girl with a properly dressed society mother. I don't know if she gave her enemas but she was never allowed to leave the house without wearing a girdle. He mother pressured her so much that she threatened suicide so her mother sent her for electro shock therapy. Very sad…
AS i said before mum believed in enemas for slightest reason always soapy start if results wernt good enough get second soapy then as many rinces as she thought i needed
I received multiple enemas in the hospital to prep me for GI series. First time was late sixties when I was thirteen. It was an inpatient procedure then.Immediately, about ten minutes, after getting to my room they came in with the a big bag of soapy water. They gave me three then. A while later they gave me a totally disgusting liquid fleet laxative. It was mixed with castor oil. It was an oily salty mess that started coming out after about two hours. It was as bad coming out as when I swallowed it. It took a couple of hours before it was done. The next morning they woke me up at four and gave me three or it might have been four more enemas. Then I drank barium and got a barium enema. When I got back to my room they brought me real food for lunch. They didn't let me keep it long enough to digest. They gave me another oily salty laxative chaser. It wasn't any better the second time.
Mom always gave 1 soapy and 1, and sometimes 2, rinses. Depending on what she saw when she looked in the toilet. I was not allowed to flush until she had a look.
Never as a child. But as an adult I generally give (and receive) 3 enemas in a series. “Enemas until clear” is an experience one should experience at least once!
Not while growing up but as an adult nearly always several enemas, currently about once a week. Some time ago, one of the members on this forum described her method of taking hourly enemas until totally clean. I have found that to be both pleasurable and efficient. First enema a soapy litre or two, to remove most of the road blocks and expel. Second enema in an hours time, using a colon tube to get the (salt added) water high up in the colon, this time 3L. Usually expel after 15 or 20 minutes. The third enema with the colon tube inserted the full 28" and and between 3 and 4 L. After another hour one more large fill if I feel like it, which I usually do. With the colon tube fully inserted, about 4 L feels great and quite erotic. Once done I, I feel really, really good all day. 😃
Never one it seems like ,if you got one with soap and the toilet bowl wasn’t dirty enough you got another soap suds enema both have lots of soap and hot . Then you move on to the rinse enema warm with baking soda and salt if the bowl looked soapy after releasing the enema then you needed another rinse enema . If you had to stop the enema to many times even if you took the whole bag it would mean another enema or you didn’t take the whole bag it was another enema. If you leaked you got another enema because a good enema was needed that’s how grandmother taught my mom and her sister my aunt to give and take a good enema. My indoctrination is complete.
I used to travel for work. I spent many nights alone in a motel in a city a long way from home I would ALWAYS spend the evenings giving myself multiple enemas, large, hot, soapy and large nozzles until I had to call it a night so I could get up the next day and work. I was always clear when I finished, believe me! I wished many times for a partner to share with. We could both have been totally clear and it would have been outstanding. Ah, the good old days.
I was never given multiple enemas but do remember mom telling me that I had to hold the enema long enough for it to work because if by chance it did not I would have get another one. What a deterrent that was because even after her taking the nozzle out and telling me it was OK to sit on the toilet I would struggle to hold the enema in for fears that it might not work. That was like fighting against nature and eventually everything wanted desperately to come out. As a result I always seemed to get a very good cleaning out and never had to endure a second one.
Yes Mom would give them to me till clear return. Sometimes it would take 3 or 4 till the water came out as clean as it went in.
Not as a kid, when they were therapeutic only, but now that I'm doing them recreationally – oh, yeah. Never only one. Usually 3 or 4. Whatever it takes to get to ‘clear’.
In preparation for rectoscopy or colonoscopy. I was 10 years old. Always do at least 2 enemas in a row. I had to poop on the potty. The nurse assessed the purity of the water, and if it was unsatisfactory, then another enema had to be given.
With mom only 1 and it was never a full bag .when i started doing enemas on my own 1 was never enough 50 years later its always at least three
“Multiple enemas” - funny thing, never ever given more than one when young; whereas always more than one when older and giving to my self.
Generally speaking, growing up one enema was the standard. However, if for example, my step dad found out we had not cooperated for an enema my mom had given us (like if we were home sick) he would say, well, you're getting another to make sure you do as you were told. I can remember one time when this happened to be, I had not cooperated in the morning for my enema. I think he was home for maybe 20 minutes when he opened the bedroom door and told me to get undressed, he joined my mother in the bathroom to make sure I was an obedient patient
Usually, a single enema was adequate to get the desired result. As others indicate, additional fills may be necessary when prepping for a GI test. These days, I often take multiple enemas for a complete cleanse. I'm not into those huge volumes, but may well go through 1.5-2 gallons in a series of multiple fills. What a way to get total R&R, especially with an adept assistant to provide M&M (massage and manipulation)!
