The enema and bladder connection

I do a lot of deep enemas and I have noticed it is easier to take more water, deeper, and hold it longer if my bladder is full. Just wondering if anyone else noticed this and has any theories why.

I do mine in the morning when I get in the shower using a silicon shower nozzle. I found that if I don't pee in the morning and hold it, I can get the water to go in a lot easier and fill me deeper. I can also hold it all in a lot longer. But if I pee first, it is more difficult to get the water to go in deep. My theory is if the muscles are focused on the bladder, they are more relaxed on the bowl.

That's WHY most people add table salt(sodium chloride) to the enema to slow that absorption down.
