This story is quite graphic. It was a few years ago when I was in my late teens. I woke up one morning feeling sick with a fever and mild flu-like symptoms. It was a day after a night of eating pizza and drinking lots of beer. Later in the day, I was experiencing diarrhea. By that evening, I had gone at least a half dozen times. I didn't think it was anything out of the ordinary, just my body cleaning itself of all the toxins and a flu virus. The next day the flu symptoms were gone, but the diarrhea continued. This went on for a week and a half and I was on the toilet every 15-30 minutes. Everything I ate went right through me. The diarrhea was sometimes mushy, sometimes very watery and had a very strong smell.
This indeed was not normal. I decided to go to the urgent care to get it checked out. I was taken in a room, where they had me put on a gown and wait. They had me provide a stool sample, which was no problem. I had to poop in a container that was placed in the toilet. I remember that the sample was a mushy diarrhea (with the consistency of chili) and it was a lot. I was given a prescription of anti diarrhea pills to be taken twice a day. It took about a day before the medication took effect. The next day, I didn't poop.
For the next several days, I didn't go. I had stopped taking the medication when the diarrhea stopped, so I thought it would take a few days for my body to get back into its normal cycle. Almost a week had gone by and I still hadn't pooped. A day later I felt a little urge to go, so I went into the bathroom and sat on the toilet. It took a lot of pushing and I produced a poop bigger than my fist!
I thought I was finally getting back to normal. The next few days, I didn't poop at all. I was eating normally, in fact I was actually eating more. A few days later, I tried to poop again. I did so much pushing and straining and almost nothing would come out. I knew there was another huge poop inside of me, because I could feel it. This time, I couldn't push it out. All that came out was a little gas and a few pebble sized solids. I waited a few more days with no results. It was now over a week since I had a bowel movement.
I got very concerned, so I thought about going back to the urgent care. I didn't want to take any laxatives, because I thought the diarrhea would return. The next day I went on a ski trip. I thought that the exercise would help out. It did make me very hungry and I ate a huge lunch and dinner that day. The next day and a couple days after that I tried again to go, but couldn't. I thought about going to the urgent care again. I was thinking that they would have given me an enema. They have these at drug stores, so I reluctantly decided to try it.
I went to the drug store and got a Fleet enema. When I got home, I got naked and administered the enema. I took it a step further and filled the empty enema bottle with water and put it inside of me. I repeated the step and waited per instructions on the box (hold it in until the urge to evacuate is strong, usually 5-15 minutes). I laid on the bathroom floor (on my side) and waited until I couldn't hold it in any longer.
I quickly got up, sat on the toilet and relaxed. Water came out under a lot of pressure, then a huge poop! It was so large, I thought it was going to clog the toilet. I remember my first reaction was "ahhhh" as I sighed with relief. I knew there was a lot more inside of me, so I sat and waited. There was a couple of waves of water coming out with a few small pebble size poops. I got up and looked in the toilet bowl. All of the solids were floating. I felt the urge to go some more and a few waves of clear water came out. A few minutes later, I had another strong urge to go. A lot more water under pressure with another huge poop came out. I remember the water splashing on my butt cheeks when this one came out, haha :-)
I was already on the toilet for over 10 minutes and all that was happening was an occasional trickle of water coming out of me. As I was getting ready to wipe, I felt a very strong cramping in my lower tummy, accompanied with a violent sounding rumbling and gurgling. A few seconds later, another huge poop exploded out, followed by a very violent diarrhea. My first thought was "oh no the diarrhea returned". I experienced more cramping and tummy noises. I thought I was going to poop some more, but instead I blasted a huge juicy toilet fart. I think that anyone within a mile radius could have heard that! The pooping was very loud too. As I was still sitting on the toilet, I felt like I had to fart again. It wasn't a fart. More diarrhea exploded out, even more than the last wave! Both waves of diarrhea had a lot of smaller chunks of solid poops.
I got up again and looked in the toilet. I couldn't believe there was that much poop inside of me! It looked like everything that came out of me was floating above the water inside of my toilet. I wish I would have weighed myself before and after, because I felt like I dropped 10 pounds. I finally was able to wipe and flush. Fortunately, the toilet didn't clog. I made a few return trips, but what I produced was less poop and I expelled a lot of gas.
I feared that the diarrhea would return, but it didn't. within a couple of days I was back into my normal rhythm. The entire ordeal from the first diarrhea to the enema was about a month. At the time, it didn't feel erotic at all, but when I think about it now, the thought of the huge enema expulsion really turns me on.
