Abdominal auscultation

Just as important as auscultation the heartbeat or lungs. Ideally the patient is laying flat with their shirt off, or at a minimum raised up to show their abdomen. Then listen to the bowel sounds starting right below the nipples and ribs. I usually go down to the femoral arteries too and get a good listen to those as well.

Never in all of my life.
