Usually as I lay on my stomach, the thick, wide nozzle well inserted, I feel the solution entering me as I lay there, and if I’m having trouble holding the solution ( mostly coffee) I have her stop the flow until I can take more. That takes a few seconds until my intestines cooperate, and the pressure and cramping ceases.
Taking the remaining solution, again face down hugging the pillow, the clamp released, feeling the flow again, I hear the distinct sound as the bag actually empties. Distinct sound made when it empties. But there’s still a fair amount of coffee left in the tubing. The tubing gets clamped, the wide nozzle, taken out of my anus, stretching it as it comes out, as it did going in, gets put into a fleet enema bottle.
Taking the used fleet enema bottle my friend places the nozzle into the opening ( cap and spout removed) and drains the tubing. She takes the cap, re attaches it, then slips a catheter over the cap’s spout. She then, to avoid losing any solution, clamps the catheter just below where it’s attached to the bottle.
Seconds later with me still on my stomach, has me spread my cheeks and as I am spread wide, she deftly inserts the lubricated ( uses Vaseline)catheter a few inches, removes the clamp, sends the full length of the catheter up my rectum, waits a few seconds, then with both hands squeezes the fleet bottle sending the remainder of what was originally in the enema tubing shooting up my anal passage into my colon. And I feel it, too! Oh, and this last delivery of the coffee via catheter is performed with me in the knee-chest position giving the coffee a “straight“ shot up my colon!
The enema bottle is now shriveled up after being handily squeezed and evacuating the contents, but will regain its shape with a good fill of warm water. Definitely re-usable.
”Butt” in the “end”, I get the FULL enema, not a drop wasted!
