I had one GP about 15 years ago who always seemed to prefer me nude for my annual exam. At my first appointment the nurse who took me back reviewed my paper work, took my vitals, weighed me and the told me to get completely undressed, to include socks, underwear, and my watch - that the doctor wanted to do a head to toe exam. She then handed me a folded up sheet and told me to cover myself once I was undressed and the doctor would be in shortly. So I sat on the paper on the exam table with the sheet partially unfolded in my lap.
When the doc came in he engaged in a little small talk and then went through my history and asked some questions. He was in his mid-to-late thirties, short dark hair with a runner's physique. When he commenced the exam he had me turn and lean back on the table (which was at about a 45 degree angle) and started by looking in my ears, eyes, and throat. He then felt the lymph nodes under my jaw and then listened to my heart and breath sounds, having me sit up when appropriate. He then lowered the table and did an abdominal exam pressing on my organs and did some percussion as well. I remember that he used his stethoscope to listen to my gut, pushing the sheet down to about the top on my pubic hair. All the time he was asking questions - some medical and some personal - where did I work / what did I do, did I smoke / how much did I drink / what did I do for exercise / how many sexual partners have I had / did I eat a balanced diet / when was the last time I had unprotected sex / who did i think would win the football game Sunday….
After listening to my gut sounds he said that he was going to check my femoral artery and do a genital exam. With that he pulled the sheet off and dropped it on the floor. I remember his fingers pressing into my abdomen over my bladder and on my pubic bone. He then squeezed and rolled my penis between his thumb and index finger from the base to the tip, ending by briefly pinching my uthera open (the entire penile exam took maybe 10-15 seconds. Then he used his stethoscope to listen to my femoral arteries and checked my cremaster reflex. He then did the test on the soles of my feet with that little spiked wheel (babinski?). He then told me to relax and picked up my right ankle with one hand and put his other hand under my knee and ran my leg through a range of motion. Then, with my knee raised he did a strength test (don't let me pull /push your leg). Then he did the left leg.
He then had me sit up and sit on the edge of the exam table and he checked my reflexes by hitting my knee with a rubber hammer. He then did range of motion and the push/pull test with both arms.
He then had me stand up and stand in front of him, both facing him and facing away. He asked about my various scars. He had me bend over and touch my toes while facing him and stay in that position while he walked around me.
He then sat on his little rolling stool and told he that he would check my testicles and check for a hernia. While he was rather painfully rolling each testicle between his fingers he asked me about doing self exams. Then it was turn your head and cough time and then turn around, spread your legs, and put your chest on the exam table and he did the DRE.
When he was done he handed me a box of tissues to wipe up the lube. He had me sit up back on the exam table and went through a few things, ultimately telling me to go ahead and get dressed and the nurse would come back to draw blood and get a urine sample. All told, the doc was in the exam room for 30-40 minutes and I was draped for about 10 of those minutes. He was the first GP that I had seen who was not a military or college doc.
I think I saw him for 3 or 4 years and every exam was equally thorough. The only thing different that I remember is that once the nurse had me get undressed and draped first and then came in and took my vitals while I was draped. He never had a nurse or anyone else present during the exam.
Unfortunately he left and moved out of state to start his own practice. Ever since, I've used his exams as an example of what an annual physical should be - and I've always been disappointed.
I should add: 1. not sure this classifies as unnecessary nudity, and 2. this was before I had/understood that I had a medfet. I knew I enjoyed the CFNM thing, but didn't really appreciate it all.
