Examining the belly

Does anyone else find a belly exam to be extremely hot? I love the female belly and like to fantisize about giving it a nice thorough examination. My favorite part is definitely palpation. Pressing into her belly and feeling all her organs. Rolling her colon around. Would love to hear everyone elses personal experience or stories related to belly exams, guys or girls.

Now l better appreciate why a lady playdoctor companion of mine a long time ago (her father was a GP and she used one of his discarded stethoscopes) liked to spend a lot of time palpating me down there - there was a lot of tactile (as well as audible) information to be got that way!

Until now, l have only thought of the abdomen as erotic because it is situated near the genitals. And for how, as the medfet doctor moves ever closer to them, there's considerable suspense.

When I was a teen I found the belly exam really cool because I knew that once the belly palpitation was done the doctor was going to grab the waistband of my briefs and examine my penis and testicles. Up to that point I was just in underpants but now I knew that the briefs would not provide any covering and everyone in the exam room would know what I looked like completely naked. This kind of humiliation was what led to my medfet, knowing that I go into the exam room fully dressed and confident, to stripping down to my underpants and being embarrassed but still covered to finally having my last bit of clothing removed and feeling utterly humiliated.

I'm the exact same way. All my examines growing up started in my underwear and the doctor either revealing everything or placing his hand in without warning. Then getting older, making me stand infront of him and be exposed. I love that feeling of not being able to stop them from doing what they are doing. It's definitely humiliating and always my favorite while I'm lying down getting examined.

Abdominal exams have long been a focal point of my fantasies. My parents took me to a GI once when I was a kid due to constipation and I still remember her pushing on my stomach and then getting (what I think were) suppositories at home for after. That started things for me.

I've always enjoyed abdominal exams, whether in real life or in a play exam and have done since I was a kid.

As a little kid, I would be lying there in my briefs and the doctor would move his hand over my fatty tum and then place the stethoscope in several places to listen, letting me have a listen to the gurgling noises inside.

I still enjoy it now as the doc gets closer to the waistband of my boxers as they examine me, prodding, probing and listening.

When I'm examining my partner in a play warm I love gently pushing into and pressing on her soft flesh and then listening to the sounds inside her tummy.

Belly exams are my thing…..as you can probably tell by my handle and avatar! Nothing like palpating a slim, relaxed female belly….gently….slowly….firmly, watching her reactions as I touch certain things inside that, as one of my patients told me with a grin on her face “have never been touched before”.

Belly exam is definitely one of my favorite parts of the exam. Specially deep palpation of the abdomen, around and below the belly button.

I always love that part, as a patient or a play doc. It would make it way more sexy if the doc has long and skinny fingers!

I love the abdominal exam. Being stethed all the way down to my underwear, having bowels and arteries listened to, and then palpation all the way down. It sucks I can't find more images/videos of belly exams.

I love this part of the exam because it is usually near the start so it’s the anticipation of whats to come and knowing the sheets are lowered and the doctors hands and fingers are going to go lower too.

Belly exams are absolutely my favourite part of an exam, especially auscultation for me.

Palpation is definitely one of my favorite parts. Being able to feel her colon rolling around is a big plus lol.

Agreed. All the different structures and assessment techniques to apply that take time, to include getting to know that patient specifically and how that part of their body differs from other patients.

I’ve always had a strange interest in abdominal exams. I love it when the patients shirt is lifted. Not exactly sure why though.

When playing with the local domme, I always make the point of doing a belly button play “examination.” It is one of the most sensitive parts of my body!

During a colonic with a skilled therapist I've always enjoyed when she gently presses on my abdomen to feel where the water and poo are located. It always amazes me how well she can figure out how high the water has gone, and where to massage to get the poo moving down and out.

I’ve been fortunate to be able to examine quite a few bellies over my career, I do love how each one is different yet similar, slim, not slim, tight looking but soft, soft looking but firm……always a surprise to discover what’s palpable inside and what isn’t. So many different reactions from my patients. Always a delight to make those discoveries.

Exactly my thoughts! Every Single stomach feels unique, and you can't really tell by the looks. But however, if a female stomach looks soft AND feels soft and you can press really deep into her abdominal wall, that's heaven

Oh definitely, I love having my bellybutton examined as part of a play exam, or as she'll put it in a childish way "I'm just going to have a look at your tummy button". I'll have a pen torch shine inside to have a look, before she fingers inside, then it gets measured. At first the diameter with a tape measure, and then using a pair of calipers to check there's even distance across all round.

It's a really sensitive part of me I love being played with. 🙂🙂🙂

I absolutely agree with your post, linux. I think the abdomen and its organs are one of the things I really appreciate in girls. I really like girls with flat abdomens, because it's much easier to follow the conformation of the internal structures, to palpate their organs. I have performed many palpations of my female companions over the years; I even have photos of some of them. Sooner or later I will publish them.

An interesting aspect is that usually the abdomen is not considered a strictly private area. Just having a little confidence with the girl, an open-minded friend or acquaintance can easily pave the way for you to perform an examination. I often find myself on trips or camping trips paying attention to my female friends. Sooner or later someone complains of some mild distress in the abdomen (constipation, pain, bloating) here I can easily bring out my years of palpation experience to offer help in understanding where the problem lies and how to remedy it. Most often they get their abdomen palpated, very thoroughly. When I find someone more uninhibited I also manage to pull her panties down a little more than necessary. Almost always I can get the bra up as high as possible to perform the liver size measurement.

Yes I love getting my belly examined. During my annual physical my doctor spends a lot of time on my belly and explains when he feels my overies. My underwear also gets lowered and I’m anticipating the female portion that comes next.

I probably missed the right career but I enjoy all the perks as a play doc. Lowering the panties is a huge turn on.

I love flat stomachs for exam as well. Of the many women I've done belly exams on in the past, it was always easiest to feel the organs with the skinnier ones. One lady in particular was really petite at 5'1" and about 100 lbs. I was able to trace most of her large intestine inside that small soft belly of hers. She enjoyed it a lot as well, feeling her colon being rolled and moved around.

I've only recently acclimated myself to the particular interests I enjoy during medical examinations. In the roughly under a dozen play exams we've had, there were a few doctors who palpated my abdomen. The first time around, I was extremely nervous. I've had tummy issues most of my life, so perhaps I was a bit preoccupied with the notion of what the doctor would find 😅. Anyways, second time around it was a real doctor, who also enjoyed playing, and I enjoyed it. He was very thorough and, that was also the moment I realized what a turn on it was to be so attentive to the doctor, and how exciting the whole doctor-patient relationship can be!

I enjoy the abdominal portion of the exam; it's very intimate and personal. As such, I think due to that intimate connection, in a most recent real exam, the doctor seemed a bit hesitant to do a thorough abdominal palpation. My husband was there and told him it was okay to lift my shirt further but nonetheless, the doctor was still hesitant.

When I was young, the belly exam came right before my panties had to be removed. Him touching my belly, especially lower tummy area, always raised the level of anxiety and excitement… and then knowing what was coming next. 😳

Great discussion all! Linux, I too love palpating the belly organs of a slim or normal weight patient, dare I say I’m a bit of an expert. I’ve examined well over a hundred. A thorough and thoughtful abdominal examination is an intimate experience for doctor and patient. Each of my patient’s bellies have been so different yet similar in some ways, as have each patient’s reaction to my examination skills. I am certain though, that they have a very individual experience when they are examined by me. Everyone feels things differently. Take palpation of the liver as an example. One tiny 21 year old (think petite cheerleader body...actually my avatar) I used to examine had a liver edge that was very prominent as she took in a deep breath. Me touching it made her giggle and she said it was kind of a turn on. Other patients have reported a queezy sensation as my hand appreciated the liver edge, some feel nothing at all and others say it just feels weird. I also enjoy palpating the length of the colon in my patients. In the really thin ones, it’s very easy to trace, except as it crosses the abdomen above the bellybutton. I’ve had a number of patients really enjoy my hands as I roll their colon back and forth under their tummy wall.

I've always found the colon to be my favorite organ to palpate and the way it feels and rolls around is so satisfying to feel. You're so lucky to have felt so many, makes me really want to start finding people to do this with again.
