Longing for the old days of direct mail

I can still recall opening my “secret P.O. box” to find the latest Beth Tyler video or a new colon tube from Arthur Hamilton. Despite the convenience & privacy that today''s social medial environment provides, It has it's down side for some of us “Analog Seniors' who feel left out being able to exchange materials, DVD's and other “hard items” through the U.S. Postal Service. While I understand the appeal of convenience & anonymity, last names are not required in mailing, and P.O. boxes are available for a modest monthly fee. Imagine the ”treasures" you might inherit stepping out of your convenient zone a bit?

As an older fan with a hundred or more enema DVDs I'd love to share I fear they may end up in a dumpster in the not too distant future as changes in my living requirements dictate.

Thanks for trip down memory lane. Sometimes I wish I had kept my PO box. You mentioned videos - with the demise of my VCR I've discovered that VCR's are no long made, and while there are some used ones around, it might be time to junk my tapes.

Yeah, those days are gone. I kept my “secret” PO box until that branch closed its doors. As I recall, the rent was very reasonable too.

Of late I have been disposing of some of my gear either here (see my listing for a colon tube) or on eBay.
