What do you talk about during an enema?

It occurred to me that whenever I have had to have an enema for medical reasons, I talk to the nurse about holidays, TV, films and current affairs. In fact, anything other than the enema. What do other people do?

For you and any others who qualify, I am honestly most sincere and frankly somewhat in awe of your personality and interpersonal skills that have contributed to your success, even more so when dealing with and integrating kinky or fetishistic elements of your sexuality into your long marriages.
