Has anyone been in a relationship where one or both people decided to engage in sexual denial in the form of only allowing release after an enema session?

For example:

Only being allowed to orgasm after clear releases or completing 3 enemas while your partner watches you get off or manually makes you cum

I find the idea of remapping sexual identity completely to enemas to be very arousing. Like denying all inclination for intercourse and substituting a enema at every occasion to where ones sexual orientation essentially becomes entirely klismo/enema slut.
