Does anyone here do pelvic floor strengthening exercises? Watched a health series recently called Proven and they talked about kegel exercises. Good for holding enemas perhaps? And they also mentioned to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly - squeezing the right muscles - they linked a sensor to a screen which displayed what the muscles were doing - the sensor was inserted into the pussy …. or, if didn't have one of these into the ass. Sounds interesting - the Proven series (Nick Polozzi) is well worth checking out.
