İntimate relationship when your partner does not accept your fetishes

Hi there. My stethoscope and auscultation fetishs are almost my exclusive type of paraphilias and that's why, in my situation, those type of fetishes takes place of a intimate sexual relationship. As of now, I don't have a partner but when there will be one, it will absolutely impact my relationship. What advice can give you to me, especially when you cannot tell your fetishes to your partner and/or your partner cannot accept your fetishes?
