Has anyone ever had an operation or procedure stopped or rescheduled while it was being performed?

I have had a laser lithotripsy operation halted and rescheduled due to severe sepsis of my kidney which forced the surgeon to end the operation because the amount of infection inside was too great. I have aside had a urodynamic study ended prematurely due to my bladder spasming when the doctor attempted to fill it. I tried to paste the links to these items but they would not come up.
