Definitely me. I really like having my frenulum and that circumferential area played with in a non-stroking way. I do also enjoy having my head touched or manipulated in conjunction with this too. The nice thing is it doesn't really require lube to be effective either. That said, usually I use lube anyways because I will alternate between gently stroking myself and manipulating my head and upper shaft ( pinching, rubbing back and forth, etc.)
