I receive a weekly enema using warn water and liquid Castile soap, Epsom salts, or aloe vera juice. I am also using Garden of Life Raw Fiber on a daily basis. It consists of fifteen raw organic superfoods which support bowel regularity and elimination of toxins. I am curious to the types of enemas and fiber that others use for colon health.
