Female Underwear Exam Modifications

(I refer to the doctor as a man in this example because I find it more erotic)

Mod 1: It could be a new protocol that young women at their first adult gyn appointment leave their bra on so the doctor can asses how their breasts fill the cups. He would would run his finger around the border of her cup to evaluate the fit then ask her to take off her bra. I read once a decent amount of women wear the wrong size

Mod 2: The patient would be instructed to undress per usual but the nurse would ask her to bring her panties with her to the exam table and place them on an instrument tray next to her. When the doctor comes in he would pick them up and examine them standing in front of the patient. He would let her know he is going to examine the part of her panties that press against her vulva. He would discuss any discharge found or concerns for artificial dyes. This part of the exam would finish by placing a pad in her underwear and telling her the combination of examining her clitoris, bimanual, and rectovaginal exams will cause a mixture of natural and artificial lubrication to secret from her vagina for the next couple hours and the pad will help absorb it. This will protect her from embarrassment when she goes back to class, or college dorm and needs to change in front of her roommate or in the locker room by preventing a large visible wet spot in her underwear.

I have just been asked to strip and put on a exam gown in the past . Now Its even more direct I sit and talk with her then she has me stand up strip then starts doing her physical exam.
