Yes, the original JBL kits came with some accessories;
For sit-on use, there were both adult and infant nozzles that screwed into the domed valve body. The latter was obviously used for a kid sitting on the bag. Somehow, I can't really imaging a kit sitting quietly on a JBL with the enema going in these days. Times sure change.
The kits also came with a hose and stopper, like a combination syringe, and a little brass cap that screwed over fitting on the side of the bag, where the sit-on valve assembly screwed on. The hose had two black, hard rubber nozzles... a standard douche and an adult rectal, with many tiny holes instead of one at the tip, the same style as the two sit-on nozzles.
In addition to the nozzles, the kit came with a container of "JBL Tonic" powder, designed to be added to the enema water. The Tonic was 4 Oz of Borax and 12 Oz of table salt according to an analysis on-line. And then, depending on the vintage of the kit, there was either a mild soap stick, intended to be moistened and inserted rectally for a few seconds or a tube of lube jelly, both to ease the nozzle insertion.

Whether or not any of the good doctor's claims were valid or not, the enema syringe he sold certainly worked, and worked very well. Anyone who sat on a filled JBL bag was certainly going to get a comfortable yet mighty enema and poo a lot.
