I just replied to a similar question about being watched WRT MedFet. Please move this one if it's been duplicated before, but I didn't see one.

I love enemas and long retentions of large volumes (3-5 quarts for me), especially if my Domme is giving it with me acting as her sub, though even without the D/s interaction, it would still be fulfilling and erotic.

If you like enemas already or are curious, would you enjoy having not only your giver but other people watching you be given an enema? For this question, the rules would be that you can pick your own audience of one or more, not just anyone who was curious.

Since I enjoy being a sub for my enemas from my Domme partner, as long as we could pick my audience to be confidential, the added embarrassment and humiliation of being watched and interacting with the added audience would be a strong addition to taking my submissive enemas from my Domme. Anyone else find this enjoyable?

Yep. Been there, done that. Non was medfet, but was medical related either by personnel in the hospital or at home. If love ever had anything done at the VA, you can expect med students around watching/participating. One was at home getting a SSE, knee/chest from my wife after a bout with pain killers after a surgery. In walks her friend and makes herself a part of thr situation. Wife wouldn't make her leave but instead asks for her help. Total embarrassment/humiliation. I think I covered this in a another recent post.
