One of my life long battles has been my weight. I was put on my first medically ordered diet when I was 12. I have lost 136 lbs (this time) and have about 50 more to go to be where I will be considered “healthy”. I track calories and exercise religiously but lately, now that I have coaxed my wife into dishing out some considerably harsh punishments, I notice that for several days after significantly severe canings I am fighting a ravenous appetite that is more difficult than usual to control. I realize that might be due to a higher calorie burn due to the energy expended to heal, and I wonder if it Is quantifiable? For perspective it is usually after about a 500 stroke caning and I have considerable damage to my ass. Typically moderate bruising, red and inflamed skin, and a lot of broken skin where blood blisters formed and then broke open, as well as some lacerations that open immediately from harsh strokes. Does anyone have an idea about how many extra calories I will burn? I am not going to lie... if I can offer her proof that this can help me lose more weight, I might conceivably convince her to severely cane me more frequently. I would like to convince her to do it weekly so the healing never ends if the calorie burn is high enough and I can convince her that to help my heart she needs to hurt my ass. ?
