If you mean mandatory or recomemded prostate exams, it differs widely between communities., regarding what the community thinks is important.
Some communities will perform rectal exams or prostate exam even in small children to look for signs of digestive inflammations, prostate infection, signs of unwanted sexual habits or signs of sexual abuse, and then often with an absurdly wide definition of abuse. Some will begin prostate exams in the prepuberty period to exactly determine the onset and progression of puberty of boys. Communities that are not so mindfixed about the status of kids, and about controlling kids in every thinkable way, will begin such exams much later to look for signs of cancer or other prostate problems.
The community where I grew up in Norway, was, and is, mindfixed in that way. I experienced pelvic exams as a little boy, some major exam of the kind at 4 and 6 and another such exam at 12.
I have made a lot of research using polls about these matters, and indeed, I have found that this kind of communities mindfixed on kids exist all around the world, and that there seem to be some kind of international coordinarion of what they do,
