Https://www.medtech3000.de/Doppelballon-Darmrohr-Set::495.html. As much as I love my SN single balloon nozzle, the darn thing is so long that it really puts the water up higher than I'm used to. I thought it might be nice to try something that would work a little (or a lot) lower for the first one or two bags to clear the way for the final fun with Ole Faithful. I hate to admit it to myself, but I just don't have the strength of sphincter that I had 30 years ago and without inflation there will be leakage! From Medtech3000 I ordered the set with two different styles. I was hoping that the traditional design would work as well as I remembered in the mists of my youth. The other one in theory looked as though the air line was awfully small. I can appreciate that Switchable Susie did some modifications to hers.
It took a few weeks to get the order delivered (some may be attributed to COVID-19. What isn't, these days), but that was okay, they got here.
First problem with the "traditional" design: either the fittings on the inflators are too small or the sockets molded into the nozzle are too big.
Take your choice, but they do not fit securely. However, eager as I was to try out the toy of my dreams (wet), I proceeded, hoping that all would stay together. Well, that didn't work out, I got everything situated, inflated, started the flow, began to enjoy the sensations, and the inflator that had the most tenuous grasp on reality blew out, instantly deflating the interior balloon, resulting in a soggy mess and a very disappointing trial run.
Fortunately, I always put a tarp over the bedding, and I had the clamp in hand when I released it so I was able to clamp it back as soon as I realized things were going awry. At first, I thought I'd try to buy some aftermarket inflators, but without dimensions to compare, I couldn't be sure that another brand would solve the problem. I settled on mini-zip ties to clamp the tubing securely to the barbs on the inflator. I also used a different color for each one so I'd know which inflator was which. Problem solved. New problem, even though the inflators are secure, the balloons just don't seal everything 100%, there is still leakage at the dike. I will still experiment with it, but so far, it's not the answer I was hoping for. Now, the other one...even though it looks a lot different by comparison and the air line just doesn't look robust, the balloons work well with my anatomy and seals very well. SN's is the best for me overall, but I'll like having the option of not always having to go as deep as the SN goes. Here is a link to my favorite video making use of the Rusch Gaul double balloon enema catheter. What a beautiful, lucky patient. https://xhamster.com/videos/evil-enema-1241847.
I may have to plan some more experiments this weekend. This post has me thinking "those kinda thoughts".
