I've had excellent doctors of both sexes, and never assumed one sex more likely to be highly skilled than the other. But in terms of enjoying being examined…
(1) I've usually enjoyed being examined more when the doctor was female. Example of why, follows.
(2) Once recently, I had a very unusual exam by a male doctor, that turned me on. I'll explain why in a follow up post.
As for (1)…
I've usually enjoyed a female doctor's exams. It's more exciting for me to be partially nude / partially undressed by a woman, and touched by her while in that state. For example…
Before palpating me, my MD during the 2000's (a lovely woman in her late 40's) would ask me to lie down on the papered exam table with my shirt open, and to unzip and open my pants. I left my briefs in place.
After she had palpated as far down my abdomen as my briefs allowed, she would gently lower the elastic band on my briefs to expose my pubic mound and the flesh to either side. She would then palpate into my belly just above the pubis, and into the ceases at the sides. I loved the feeling of her hands on my belly and her fingertips in my pubic hair.
My penis typically stirred while this was happening, but neither of us said anything about it. She treated some tumescence as a natural consequence of the exam, and given that I was comfortable with it, so was she.
I loved being examined by this doctor, and was happy both with the experience of being partially stripped and vulnerable with her, and with the gentle thoroughness of her touch.
I've had similar experiences with other female doctors, but less so with males.
