Thumbs down. Failed on first use--inside of me. Felt like I was farting, but it was the nozzle deflating. Fortunately, I was undamaged, other than a bit of irritation, and no mess. Back to the drawing board, I guess...

The quality control on these is apparently ZERO.

I've had one I use sparingly. I have had to repair tears twice so far, and there is a uncomfortable molding ridge on the balloon. Definitely not recommended.

I'll add a thumbs down as well. I bought one two years ago. It was okay for two uses, then wouldn't inflate. I was too annoyed to identify the exact failure. Some dumpster diver somewhere will be wondering, what heck???

I agree with you all. The cleanstreem sucks.

The Klystra was much better.
