A couple of mild detergents, like baby shampoo...

I have used Nexus shampoo, a couple squirts. Very stimulating, but no real pain. I have also used & liked "softsoap," but NEVER the antibacterial kind. Both have worked very well for me, but just a couple good "pumps" from the pump in two quarts of water, no more. I've used these when I didn't have castile or ivory. I recommend the softsoap, but be careful. You can definitely get too much, and I don't use them frequently.

What do you mean exactly by "Very stimulating, but no real pain?" Cramps, burning, tingling, etc.?

@ericmacson sorry to be slow responding. Castle gives me cramps. I use it, but don't like it as well as something milder. The Nexus shampoo stimulated without cramps, & I got a very good release. The softsoap was the same, as to the release, but even milder. For me, coffee does the same thing and somehow makes me feel euphoric.
