how do I get set up for a role play exam

I'm afraid your question is too vague for a meaningful and useful answer to be given. It is not stated whether you have a partner you wish to receive a play exam from, or give one to. You don't say if you are looking to receive one from a play doctor, whether you are looking for equipment, what equipment you need etc.
