My first shower enema experience

So after reading several different stories about enemas with a shower hose, I was extremely curious and decided to try it this morning. Now, I’m pretty brand new about sharing my kinks with people and I get embarrassed easily. ? I haven’t exactly gotten to experience things as other people have because I’ve always had to be alone in exploring my desires. I’m just afraid my husband won’t accept my weird fetishes!

Anyway, sorry, this morning’s experience was amazing to put it lightly. I didn’t do anything fancy. I was actually ill prepared to try this today! ? I started by unscrewing my shower head from the hose. I made sure it was clean and did not have any nasty rust on it. I didn’t have any lube available but I’m a glutton for punishment, so I used Vick’s Vapo Rub to lubricate the outside of my anus and then the inside. At first it was cold and soothing, then the big burning sensation came!! It was exhilarating! (if you are into that kind of thing, which I am! ?) Next, I began to gently insert the tip of the hose into my rectum. It was not easy at first. I stood in the bathtub with one leg up on the side of the tub so my legs were spread apart for easier access. It slipped in pretty far! It felt good and for a minute I began to pull it back and forth inside my rectum just because the sensation felt good. When I was finished fooling around, I got down on all fours in the tub. I reached behind, careful not to jostle the hose, and slightly turned the knob to the cold water. I instantly felt a rush of water enter my cavity! The cold water made my stomach ache almost immediately. The flow was not extremely fast because it was hard to really gauge how much was going in with it just being a shower hose. The sensation was very pleasurable though. I ended up trying the enema because I have been super constipated. I realized just how constipated I had been when I felt full after a very short period. I’m glad I was in the tub because I could not hold it!! I had to quickly remove the hose and I leaked quite a bit before going over to toilet. The relief was instant! I’d never shit so much in my life! Now I know that’s kind of unacceptable after reading other posts. I don’t do a lot of enemas so I was surprised that I could hold it in at all. Remember friends, I’m still learning! After I expelled quite a bit I still felt there was more in there. I started on all fours this time and inserted the hose into my rectum. I made sure it wasn’t inserted as far this time. I turned the cold water in slightly and when I get the water flowing in, I also added a little of the warm water too. The mixture was extremely pleasurable, rushing through my colon. I was able to hold it better this time. My stomach was distending! I was getting turned on by this and I tried to imagine that I was getting an enema from either a nurse or my mother when I was a child. When I felt I couldn’t take anymore, I gently pulled the hose out, I leaked a little bit but not a lot this time. I stood up outside the tub and attempted to hold it in. I didn’t make it very long, maybe ten minutes?, before there was unbearable pressure to defecate again.

This experience was awesome for me! I felt cleaned out afterwards and I was also able to experience great pleasure from it! Next time I hope I can start with some soap sticks to make it nice and sudsy in there before my enema. I’d also like to be able to do it in the diaper position which is more comfortable for me. I will need to get a longer shower hose though! I don’t think I will use a different lubrication only because I love the intense burning of the VapoRub inside my little sensitive area.

What was your first enema shower experience like? Was it pleasurable or a mess? Were you alone or was someone else there?

I like to give to ladies and through the years, some have actually requested the Vicks. Keeping in mind that the nozzle inserted is part to the erotica in itself.

They say feel it reminds them of the fact that the nozzle is still inserted even after the solution starts flowing.

Seems that by many the actual lubing, and inserting, are looked upon as a seperate part of the over experience, and once they hear that "click" and the water starts to flow, all their attention is directed to the bag and the nozzle is forgotten..

This eliminates all the concentration being dedicated to "making room" for all that solution flooding her insides. It adds to the over all sensation of the experience and helps keep in mind that with all that's going on, they still have the nozzle in them, which can be quite an erotic feeling in itself.

The nozzle lubed with the Vicks, can be moved around, gently twisted, or carefully pushed in and out, as a good reminder, just in case the forget.

My only advice is to be careful with the water pressure - perhaps get a sense for how much is flowing by testing the flow before you insert the hose. Maybe compare it to that which you get from an enema bag.

With that said, my first shower enema experience was only fairly recently - the Spring of this year. Not wanting to slosh around in the shitty results of expulsion, I first took three times 3 quart buckets before proceeding to the shower where I rigged my bucket over the top of the shower head so that, when the water was running, the bucket would continuously fill. For me this is an easier option than detaching the shower head and attaching a nozzle or tube. Moreover, my shower does not allow me to regulate the flow of water, only the temperature, so my bucket and tubing act as the flow regulator. It’s a bit Heath Robinson, but it works. I slipped my nozzle of choice into my bum with the water running and enjoyed the filling sensation. Doing so in a standing position did not allow for a particularly large fill but the experience was pleasant. Not using a large nozzle allowed me to expel with the nozzle still in place and water still flowing - a kind of colonic if you will. What came out was largely clear so I wasn’t up to my ankles in turds.

All in all a nice experience.

Dear @TheDesireIsReal, let me first echo @Loveitkinky with the caution about water pressure from a shower hose, specially when you are on your knees in the tub. I have done this multiple times but standing up in a shower stall and it is very effective even in that position. Like you I leak a lot from the pressure of the solution wanting to come out. I have always done it alone as my wife is a non-enema person. So, like you it is a personal endeavor but one, also like you, that I would like to experience with an enema friend. They are hard to find but I try every time I chat with a female. Yep, I do!

Good luck with your experiments and keep on posting the results. You might want to invest in a shower stall nozzle that is specially designed for this kind of pleasure time. They are regulated to be safer. I don't have one yet because I only play with the shower hose once in a while. Hmmm, maybe if I had one I would do it more often. Hahaha.

After many years of experimenting, I fashioned my own shower enema system using a variable valve water splitter and extra tubing that allows me to connect various sizes of colon tubes (pics on my profile page). I had been doing bag enemas for decades but once I got this setup to work, it was my favorite way to do enemas. I still have this setup in our guest bathroom that has a tub shower configuration. Having the apparatus ready to go, all I have to do is choose from one of my several colon tubes and I can be giving myself enemas in less than a minute. I leave the colon tube inserted and fill and expel throughout the session. I removed the tub drain plug and use the handheld shower head to wash my expels down the drain so the tub stays clear throughout the process. Cleanup is easily done with a disinfectant and wipe down with paper towels.

This setup is essentially like an open colonic system. My sessions can last up to an hour and throughout the session I will slowly advance my colon tube further and further up my colon as it is cleared of waste. Actually seeing and feeling the tube bulge under my skin is real kinky and I know I have made it through the sigmoid bend and up into the descending colon. I still like to doing a series of bag enemas using various recipes but the shower enema is a unique experience and totally relaxing and erotic.

There are lots of choices of shower enemas on the market now. You can easily convert any shower into a shower enema system and they are reasonably priced and look nice. They actually don't look too much different from a regular modern shower head attachment. If a friend or guest saw the setup in the shower, they would likely just see it as a type of handheld shower head. If you love enemas you really ought to try and experience this very different way of giving yourself and enema.

I am new to enemas too. This sounds very interesting, but I'm reluctant to try this for 2 reasons:

I suppose if the water pressure is about the same as the flow from an enema bag, I'll be safe. I would have to time how long it takes for a 2 or 4 quart enema bag to empty (using a timer). If I put the water in me for equal or less time, I should be safe. My shower hose is plenty long enough to do this, but I was thinking how would I get this in my butt?

I did a search on Amazon and there are lots of shower kits and nozzles. There are even diverter valves so you can simply switch from shower head to enema at the turn of a lever. This would be super convenient for me if I don't want to take the time to fill my enema bag. The only issue would be that it is plain water and I like my enemas with some sort of solution (sea salt and bisacodyl has been my favorite).

Like I said, I'm new to enemas (less than a month) and this looks like an interesting method for a quick bowel rinse.

I tried shower enemas. I didn't like them. Much prefer my enema bag. I actually have three (2k litre, 4l and 5l and sometimes link two together) with an in-line, Higginson, syringe.

Just a couple of things from my years of experience with enemas.

First, get yourself a shower nozzle, it is a more enjoyable experience. You don't want to hurt yourself with the thread or sharp metal edges of the bare hose. Also, some heads come with various spray configurations.

Second, set the tap for a flow rate you like, then get a measuring container and let the flow fill the container while you count how long it takes to fill it. Now when you insert to fill up you count and that way you know how much you've taken.

Sometimes when I'm filling and getting to my capacity I let go and the water going in is the same amount as the water going out. I enjoy that feeling very much and will from time time to time clamp down so the water fills me again and again as I fill and empty. Belly swells and goes down again and again by doing this. Doing this, the return is very clean and you can stay in the shower!

I did one this morning! I used my butt plug shaped nozzle. My shower head has a control to slow the water flow. I screwed the nozzle on the end of the hose, water was in slow flow. While standing, put a little soap on my butt hole and in the plug nozzle went, Now, my favorite is with a enema bag, on the floor with my butt up. (I think that's more sexy!) Plus I can read Zity as the water flows into me with the laptop in front of me.

I have done this a lot. The main thing to watch out for is the black washer from the hose to the head of the shower massage. LOL, I would take the shower head off and the rubber washer would be deep inside the connector. Then when I turned on the water it would blow the washer out and down the drain. I have a bag of washers. As far as the pressure goes if you have a SureShot nozzle I found you have to watch the pressure. Water is spraying through those tiny holes and will cut you. I prefer to use just the hose. I may have posted this before. The girl who started me on enemas likes to watch my ass open up. After I was clean from regular enemas we would get in the tub and take turns on all fours. We would hold until we had to let it out. She liked to watch as I pushed the water out and the sound of it hitting the wall of the tub.

Shower enemas are a fave that’s for sure!

If in the shower, I fashion a cut coat hanger to continuously fill me after a 3 quart soapy bag ( with / wo a plug. Been in water / wastewater for decades, so me pooping into a ( clear ) tub drain doesn't bother me at all. A good cleanout does though, as these sessions can get messy. Especially if placing your feet / legs up on the shower wall, and let gravity do it's business.

Search “Shower Enema System” on amazon. I use a silicon attachment. unscrew the shower head and screw on the attachment, much safer than the sharp edges of the bare shower hose. (or losing the washer inside your ass lol)

I do daily shower enemas. Mostly to flush out the lower colon but about once or twice a week I will do a deep clean and fill up as full as I can get. I look pregnant, I'm going to guess 1 to 1.5 gal inside. It's a great feeling. (and yes, I still have normal bowl movements.)

Edit: Watch your water temp. You can't feel how hot it is inside you, too cold can cause cramping

Not my first, and I've done shower enemas quite a bit. I use the shower hose, and make sure the water is flowing slowly. I've used this method primarily when I had no time for a complete fill. I do the enema standing, often with the hose just pressed against my anus. I normally do them prior to my shower, then expel into the toilet. I am seriously handicapped in the quantity I can take without spilling over into the shower, so no luck with a large enema, but I've thought of getting one of the "systems, plus a diverted, to reduce pressure. My shower is not conducive to lying down or kneeling, so I have to stand. A shower enema is great for a quick low enema though.
