@Orifice_Attractions
Sorry about taking a long time to respond, but I just saw your post.
IMO, in the video, the woman is certainly getting some solution as an enema. I don't doubt that. But I think her vocalizations, etc, are an act.
Lets try some math. One can see the fluid pulsing in the hose quite clearly. There is roughly 1 pulse per second.
(Why the machine has 4 channels of pumps with the outputs "T" together is a mystery. It's completely unneeded. Maybe it's so it 'looks' complicated.)
Anyway, on each pulse the water bolus moves forward roughly 2" and the hose OD looks pretty standard, hence has an ID of 5/16".
So, if my arithmetic is right, each inch of hose has about 1.25ml of solution in it, so 2" has about 2.5 ml.
This means each pulse injects about 2.5ml, hence in one minute, about 75ml or 3 oz.
A typical commercial Higgenson injects about 2 - 3 Oz per squeeze (50 - 75ml)
This is not exactly a mighty enema, and is unlikely, IMO, to merit a lot of moaning and groaning.
A somewhat similar device, the P*I*E machine, had very roughly the same volume per pulse, but the repetition rate is much higher. While the pulsing of the P*I*E can clearly be felt by the person having the session, the surging sensation is nothing like what one gets from a Higgenson. IMO, the P*I*E machine is pretty much a letdown. While one does poo, it really isn't different from a closed system colonic.
