OK, here is the solution for all you naysayers and pressure worriers for the shower shot type enemas.
People who needlessly worry about plumbing and water contamination still won't be satisfied.
You will need a little mechanical know-how.
The concept is to have a "pressure relief" for water if the pressure inside the colon gets too high.
You will need three hoses. Their lengths will vary depending on your needs.
The first hose #1 is connected to your shower head (or from a separate shower hose valve coming from your wall plumbing).
Let that hose from the shower head fall to the floor level in the tub or shower stall.
To that hose, connect a "Y" connector and leave it on the floor.
The second hose #2 is connected to the "Y" and the end of the hose is held up to whatever height you might hang your bag if you were standing in the shower 3-4-5 feet, whatever you like.
Unless you want to hold that hose, tie it to something. 😁 😁 😁 😁
The third hose #3 is also connected to the "Y" and goes to your nozzle, whatever you want to use.
Water should flow freely from the first hose #1 into the "Y" and then into hose #2 and hose #3 at the same time. That's how the pressure relief works.
Now you can set the water just about any way you want, and when the pressure inside your colon is higher than the pressure in the second hose, water will spray out the top of the second hose as a colonic pressure relief.
You can test how it works by holding your finger over the end of the tube that goes up your butt, when you do that, the water will come out the "relief hose" at a pressure determined by how high you hang the outlet/end of that hose.
There you go!
