Haven't had one.
My Mom apparently had, but everything I know about it is second or third-hand and not reliable.
We didn't find the last of my Mom's stuff until I was about 7 or 8. After that some school papers, and that X-ray but nothing else.
It was in that last batch that my father found that famous cedar box, with brass latch and hinge. It had my initials engraved on a little brass plate, and Mom had taped a note to it saying "For Lisa on__-__-__" The date was my 12th birthday, which had not come yet at that time. The nozzle itself was an amber latex with stainless steel fittings and a black rubber inflation bulb.
Dad actually didn't show it to me until the summer between high school and college. That was the first time I actually saw it, with the note still on it.
I told him he could get rid of it because I was not going to use it anyway. He had shown it to me when I started choosing my nozzle for myself at age 11. I showed no interest so he didn't bring it up again for a long time.
He asked me if I wanted to convert the nice red cedar box to a jewelry box "or something" I though that would be a little creepy. Verbally I just said "No." but my body language was telling him that the idea gave me the creeps!
Dad isn't a serious hoarder, but he DOES have to be convinced to throw things out sometimes. and he especially does not like to throw out stuff from his own teen years or stuff that relates back to my mother. Of the 3 girlfriends he ever had, I do think she was the one he really loved.
My best guess is he probably kept it and it's there somewhere.
I can't really envision a situation where I would use it, but if there ever is one, I would need my husband to do the insertion.
