What was your best or worst colonic experience?

I did an open colonic once. That was definitely my worst experience. An at home enema would have been a lot more fun and wouldn’t have cost me anything.

My best experiences have always been with closed systems where the therapist has to lift my butt cheek and insert the speculum. If I can find a young good looking female therapist this greatly enhances the experience.

Worst: I have had only one open colonic. It was an absolutely worthless experience.

Best: There have been a few. All of them were from therapist who knew I was into the experience and offered to help make it worthwhile!
