I was on the road for business and had become quite bloated and constipated. I contacted a local colon hydrotherapist and explained my predicament. I further explained that I abhorred chemical enemas and wondered if she had an opening.
She told me to check in at the local day-spa where she had a treatment room. I did and was glad she agreed to see me on short notice. I answered the perfunctory questionaire and we had a discussion about my digestive habits.
I changed into the wrap around cover and laid on the table. She put me into a left sided position and said she was going to check for hemorrhoids and obstructions. As she did, she commented that I was obviously backed up. She pushed my right leg further over and had me into a true Sim's position.
She told me that she would usually give an enema first, in order to empty the rectal vault. Because she was on a tight schedule, she said she could probably clear my lower bowel with some small, warm injections using the speculum and machine. She proceded to fill and release numerous smaller injections as she had me rotate from left to right. With my upper leg all the way over, I was practically on my stomach.
Once the mass was sufficiently cleared, she had me on my back with my knees drawn up. She then proceeded to perform a pretty typical colonic with that closed system. While doing this, she suggested that I buy an enema bag to take while I traveled. She said that a rotating enema should be quite effective in a pinch.
I thanked her for squeezing me in as I finished up. She gave me her direct contact number and said I should see her periodically for a colonic and that occasional enemas would be helpful. I asked about her normal schedule at the spa and she said she was a full time nurse at the local hospital and did colonics on the side.
