Quality disposables

With all the different adult diapers available there must be many more adults wearing diapers than I used to think. What keeps all these lines paying for themselves? Now some are made for those that need; but some same to cater particularly to the AB-DL community. Are the diapers made for the community actually better than the others? I see 'rearz', 'bambino','tykables',etc.. I've not tried them all so curious; which are preferred; 1. for real effectiveness, 2. for the feel of, 3. for the appearance, etc.? How many use plastic panties even with disposables? Anyone still prefer cloth and plastic panties? Is one type preferred more by men than women? Both curious and looking to try.

I prefer cloth nappies and plastic pants. It was what i grew up wearing as a baby and as abed wetter. I like the feel and bulk of a nice thick terry nappy between my legs and the sound and feel of the plastic baby pants as they rustle and crinkle when you move. Much more babyish

The ab/dl diapers vary based on what you're looking for. There are so many I haven't tried. My advice would be to search YouTube for the specific brand and particular diaper you're interested in and try to order a sample pack before spending on a case or even a pack. There are a few medical diapers that are as good as some of the best abdl diapers. The Dry 24/7, Better Dry, Abena M4, Northshore Megamax and Northshore Supreme are some great non ab/dl options that come to mind.
