Abdomen and Viscera exam

Does anyone know what viscera means in a medical exam if there is a category that says "abdomen and viscera"????

The word actually means organs of the body.

So that exam would include internal organs with in the abdomen area.

Like the liver, pancreas, and intestines to name a few.
