Having your labia spread during real exams/procedures

I’m wondering how many of you have had your labia spread by a doctor/nurse/etc for any reason, outside of gyn exams.

For me, I’ve had my labia spread many times for many reasons in medical settings. I’ve had to get my vagina examined by my pediatrician a few times, but also my mom has had to help me provide clean catch urine samples, and I remember vividly how she had me sit on the toilet with my legs splayed open, and how she would part my labia with her fingers, wipe my urethral area and put the cup under me.

I’m thinking maybe these childhood memories are what contributed to the development of this kink. Have any of you had your labia spread in a medical setting aside from routine gyn exams?

Yes, I can remember many times. Every time we went to the doctor it was just a really fast look. Then mom. We grew up on a lake and ticks would get in between your labia, butt cheeks, in the hair on your head, behind your ears. Mom would go over my sister and me from head to toe, front to back. It wasn't anything sexual at that age it was more of an annoyance. Some summers the ticks would be really bad. In a way thinking about it is sort of funny. If a tick was found on our dog mom would check us as well. If my sister had a tick mom would check me and the dog etc.

Then of course sex.

It was a nuisance. LOL Those things can get anywhere. You can get lyme disease from them. I can remember daddy using a powder all over the ground to where it looked like a light snow. It was some kind of pest control powder. It smelled just like flea and tick powder like you put on dogs and cats. But he used to get big bags of it.

It's probably against the law now to use it like that. Daddy would always keep the grass cut really low. We have a bunch of boats and it is a pretty good size area. I mean we have a guest house now they built after my sister and I left for college. They started with a store and a small boat dock with a few boats. Now they have a bunch of boats and that dock just kept growing and growing. With the water, the grass grows pretty fast and on the outside of the land is surrounded by trees. The dog chases snakes into the trees etc. If we got one mom would have to pull it out with tweezers and make sure she got the head and all or it could get infected. It would itch before and after she pulled it out.

I can only think of a time when I was in labour and two midwives were about to give me a catheter, one spread my labia, and wiped me down front to back with wet cotton wool.. I guess to get rid of any germs before it was inserted

I described in detail already my standing exam where I got first one lip pulled back, then the other, then both pulled back very wide together and held for at least a minute while the lady at the clinic just looked between them.

My labia have been parted in pretty much every medical/physical ive had but usually quite quickly.

I've had the tick check too lol after camping next to a lake. My lips were pushed back and the middle bit pushed to each side to check nothing was hiding there.

Not medical but on a nudist beach while standing naked next to my gf she once pushed my labia back with her middle and index fingers exposing my clit and inner lips to anyone that happened to be looking. She said she thought she saw something sticking out, but it was just the tip of my tampon string that I'd pushed into the lips to try and hide it, it of course dropped down so not only did everyone see my clit but also now knew I was on my period!

No it didn't hurt, they were very gentle, also the tip was lubed. As I was already in labour, nothing was going to hurt as much as the contractions lol ?

Pretty much every physical or check up the Dr takes a quick peek. And i have had them checked briefly for a clean catch urine sample a few times. Doesn't bother me the latex gloves feel nice on the skin.

Ahhh clean catch urine samples. Having someone help is exciting. Doing it yourself, not so much lol

Multiple occasions, to me having your labia separated was part of every exam growing up long before I knew there was a gynecologist.

It's happens a few times at home as a girl and as mom aided in clean catch urine samples.

Had an epidural with my 2nd child and therefore labia were spread apart for a catheter.

Spreading the labia doesn't hurt. It's the medical procedure that usually does or is uncomfortable anyway.

I don't understand why it hurt. Did he just like to stretch them beyond their natural size for the fun of providing you with pain? Why did you call it "tear"? They don't normally become adhered like a boys foreskin or do they?

I get my labia spread at both my gyn exam and my regular checkup. At my checkup it’s briefly and my gyn exam it’s more in depth but both times the doctor spreads me and looks inside. The sensations I get are usually sensations of excitement in that my labia is fairly sensitive

Yes, my doctor does it at my physical and also at my gyn exam.

Hey , my GP is short changing me then , she never goes near my vagina , and come to think of it , she has never seen it , my guess , she must think its my Gyn's job , but now i have to ask her

@AnneMarie Perhaps she is allergic? Or perhaps she does not know you have a vagina? Asking is the only way to get the answer.

Yeah not only does the gyn do it my dr growing up did also.

Sort of routine and just expected it.

Only at my physicals when I was seeing a pediatrician or when I go to the Gyno as an adult. My GP has never even had me remove any clothing, much less spread my labia. My yearly physicals now are basically just vitals and bloodwork.

It was legs apart and my labia would be separated by gloved fingers and a visual exam done. As an adult I've also had it done at times during physicals with my Family doctor and now Internist.

Usually my gynaecologist will part my labia when working down there. I recently posted in another thread about my first experience that involved the doctor parting my lips when I was 14, as I had some general tummy pains.

He said he was just going to take a quick look between my legs, and proceeded to slide my pants down to my ankles, and spread my legs wide open into frog position. He then placed his finger and thumb on my outer labia and gently pushed them open. Nobody had ever seen, let alone touch, me down there before, but I had just started to keep my vagina smooth.

It was awkward at the time, especially as he seemed fairly young too.

I didn't start seeing an actual gynecologist until 19. It was just family doctor/pediatrician until then aside from school exams. First notable one was in 7th grade in the schools nurse office. Standing in my bra and underwear the doctor told me to step out of my panties and proceeded to spread back my pubic hair and outer lips and shined a penlight on the inner lips to make sure I was developing properly. Probably checking my tanner stage. Panties were off for less than a minute but as you can guess I was red faced and in shock.

ok so i’m sorry it’s been like 4 year but i just logged into this account again and wanted to clarify for anyone who sees my comment, I literally don’t know why it hurt and I didn’t know it wasn’t supposed to until years later. I guess it was that he grabbed them and spread them farther than he should’ve, it hurt in the hymen area. I normally see people talk about having their labia spread where a doctor will gently press it open almost but my doctor gripped my labia majora tightly and spread them until it hurt. I don’t think i showed that it hurt but he had to have known. Nobody else who I know who had him as a doctor had this experience as far as i know.

I have to be catheterized every day. My home health nurse has to spread my labia to put the catheter in.

Since I am a man, I cannot tell out of own experiemses, even though I have experienced similar things, but i tell something about a female playmate I had since age 5.

She wanted me to play doctor with her. Especially she wanted me to spread her labia. and look inside. I asked her if the doctor did so, and she confirmed. She also told that she had regular exams in her vulva because of certain problems. One time she was sick for nearly two weeks. I asked if they examined her vulva during her sickness, and she confirmed.

I was not surprised at al. On the contrary, I anticipated that answer. Even if this was the first time a girl showed her genitals to me, I did not get not surprised about what I saw. I think the reason is as follows.

Before age 7 I had regular exams in an establishment called “Kontrollstajonen”, menaing “The Control Station”. For some reason, my exams were more thorough than the majority, and I was sedated so that I do not remember much of it explicitly. Still I have a lot of pictures in my memory of singular scenes involving both myself and other kids. Usually there were several kids there at the same time and there were little privacy.

On of the things I remember is a girl lying straight on an exam table, the doctor doing something inside her vulva with a long instrument, spreading her labia with the other hand,. I saw it through a door that was open, so I cannot tell exactly what was done. But I think the doctor took specimens from her urethra and bladder with a rigid catheter. They did the same with me in much the same manner. I think this picture actually was from my preschool physical at age 6, which was a rather long even.

I got excited when I saw your mention of labia. Having them spread, stroked, kissed, etc is something that drives me wild, and I've never had a parter give those lips the attention they deserve.

I love the pulled open and exposed feeling. If a partner whispered in my ear saying anything about labia, I would tremble and be instantly wet.

Just to add, I have had partners who would go down 9n me for hours, but my labia always felt neglected.
